We were very impressed how they all took the time we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. I called other dealerships and I have to say that this dealership gets a 5-star rating by no accident! Plamen took immediate charge of the situation, making sure she met the right people to make the repairs. He is in sales, so he could have been justified in just handing her off to others. Not Plamen! When you buy a car from him he is still truly interested in your satifaction over a year later. He stayed with her through the entire process, to include overseeing the delivery of the car as promised, on time, and with no surprises with the bill. He also made sure arrangements were made for her to get home. A crazy-bad situation turned positive because of Plamen Prodanov, and the rest of his fine colleagues at Acura North Scottsdale.
