This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had purchased a vehicle a year earlier at the same dealer complex with Audi North Scottsdale. This time I decided to go through Acura North had. I had purchased a vehicle a year earlier at the same dealer complex with Audi North Scottsdale. This time I decided to go through Acura North Scottsdale. The reason for this was because I had great repair service experience with Doug Peng. My sales representative, Venna Wang, at Acura was outstanding. She worked with me to get the deal done. She took extra time to really help find the perfect car for me and my situation. Then, she went to bat to get me the best deal on it. She even negotiated a deal with collision to get some damaged fixed. Bottom line, this dealership cares about the customer. I think they build long lasting relationships that make people loyal to them for a lifetime. Other dealers and car companies are greedy. They build cars to break, sell you cars at high prices, and don't care about what happens to you. I'd rather buy from a company who takes less money, offers better value, and realizes they will make more money by gaining loyal customers. More

I have taken my car to this dealership several times but they couldn't even find my service history. In the end, I just gave up and went to O'Reily to buy a new battery. I just purchased my second Acura from this dealership. My experience from the first iquiry to driving off of the lot was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly and not slimy like Acura of Peoria. Ask for the GM (Jenny) for a stellar and comfortable car buying experience. I've never been so comfortable spending $50,000. Peoria. I did not end buying a car from this dealership but still was impressed enough with Kelsey to comment publically. She followed up with me consistently and as she said she would. I have owned many Acura Vehicles and been to many Acura Service Departments... this being said, I feel that this, "so called reputable dealership" has more than some fixing to do. First off, I would like t Service Departments... this being said, I feel that this, "so called reputable dealership" has more than some fixing to do. First off, I would like to feel like I am greeted by someone that is not on a phone call and TOO busy to ask me how I am and if I am here to see anyone. I walk in to this lifeless service department and you have a woman eating at her desk, two employees walked passed me and said not even Hello and I had to ask the girl to the left, Summer if I can get some assistance. She had like 4 scrubby techs in her office telling jokes and she had no clue what was going on behind her. i was standing there for 10 MINUTES! My car needed it 15,00 mile maint and summer said it would be done in a few hours... this was at eleven... My husband picked me up from the dealership and we arrived back around 1:45 pm. I walked in to an empty service department where I was finally greeted by a man named Ray or Roy. He was the only one there and actually stepped up and helped me find out where to go to pick up my car. I was escorted by him to the cashier. She was looking for my paperwork and all frazzled and shaking... She said she didnt have it and that she would call summer. She asked me to hold on and about 15 mins later Summer came stumbling in and told me to hold on for a minute... a minute turned into another five ... seriously... this is getting old.... I have been here forever... Finally after being in service for 20 minutes I was called up by the cashier ... Very friendly... however, VERY illiterate. Good Lord, the woman had a disaster at her desk, a half eaten banana and didnt know how to work the credit card machine. I was overcharged by twenty bucks, then she had to refund it and then she had to wait for a service assistant to come get my keys. This smelly kid with a doughnut in his mouth came and grabbed my keys and took off. another 10 minutes passes and the boy comes flying up with my car and hops out. My car smelled like smoke... it was clean, but it smelled like smoke. This place is a waste of a service department... do they even have a service manager at Acura? never again More

PLAMEN PRODANOV WAS MY SALES PERSON AND WAS WONDERFUL---VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, THE DEALERSHIP, PATIENTLY EXPLAINED ALL THE CONTROLS AND GADGETS, SHOWED ME VARIOUS OPTIONS, AND DEALT WITH ME VERY FAIRLY ON PRICE AND TRADEIN VALUE. I had purchased my car at Peoria Acura but the service was terrible and gave them more one chance to make it better and each time they could never make me be a satisfied customer. Each time there was always something they didn't do right. I was so frustrated with the service one day I drove over to Scottsdale Acura and glad I did. I met Robyn which she took good care of me. The sad part of it part she has moved back to California with Acura and that made me nervous about getting a new service representative. Let me tell you Doug Peng is the service representative you need to see! I had called in to make a reservation that week didn't get the name of the person I spoke with but when I arrived at 8:00 AM no loaner was held for me and I wasn't in the system. Doug made everything right and had 1,800.00 worth of work done on my vehicle and drives like a new car off the show room. Thank you Doug you have made me a believer again will tell everyone to come see you. More
Brian Edwards was very straight-forward and accommodating. He took time to demonstrate how some accessories work and connected my phone/bluetooth to the car to make it easier for us to be func accommodating. That was important to us as technology can sometimes be a challenge to people. We felt we were the center of his attention in spite of the fact it was well past his dinner and family time.
