I started working with this person on an auto purchase and was in need of completing it quickly. There is nothing quick about this person/dealership and nothing contemporary. I have buying cars over the t and was in need of completing it quickly. There is nothing quick about this person/dealership and nothing contemporary. I have buying cars over the telephone or online for years. This dealer is the get-in-the-chair-and-punish-you dealership. You want "Scottdale on your car" - go ahead but you're crazy. After communication fizzled, I reached out to their Internet Manager. Things started out good but went downhill fast. Very slow and not competitive. Save your time and frustration - if you are in the valley - go to Acura of Tempe and skip the good-old-boy way! More
I've never been to a dealership that not only refuses to even consider negotiating a price on a used car, but also treats you like you're stupid for asking. After pointing out other cars in the area were priced cheaper, I asked how close they could come on the price.. the salesperson refused to even ask the manager. He instead lectured me on the car buying process and how much money they're losing. He constantly contradicted himself between the things we were told while we were looking at the car and the things he told us during the "negotiation" process. For example, "this car came with in here with brand new tires so you know it's been taken care of" and then during the sale "we had to put new tires on it!" as a reason he wasn't flexible in the price. Another thing he told us was that there was only a "few hundred dollar markup" on the car and therefore our offer was impossible (btw, I didn't even ask for a specific dollar amount.. only asked if he could do "anything"). Then a few days later I drove by the lot and they had dropped the price of the car by $2000 (much more than I was looking to get from them). I wasn't about to go back to them! I'd rather pay more somewhere else. So, if you're buying a used car and you don't feel like being lectured or treated like an idiot- go somewhere else. Don't waste your time. More

Just bought a 2014 MDX-AWD with Tech Package. Had a great experience with this dealer. They treated me very well. I drove a hard bargain. Most rude associates ever. No follow ups as promised, and no working with your budget at all. Asked for a small decrease in sale price of vehicle, was told there was no chance of that ever happening. He has a casual, welcoming attitude and was genuinely interested in helping me discover the best car for my driving style and needs. Following several test drives, searching the dealer inventor, I settled on a 2014 MDX. I couldn't be happier. I had reason to follow up with the dealership and received immediate feedback from Ray along with his offer for any future assistance or questions. More
After purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer we had problems less than 12 hours after our purchase. The service department, Kevin Powers, was excellent to deal with they repeatedly tried to fix the ca problems less than 12 hours after our purchase. Went to this dealership today got a price for the 2014 mdx. It a fair price for the competitors around the valley.set up appointment and went there first they really nice and try to sell me the car when through all the loan and negotiate and before when test drive turn out we really disappointed the car had 218miles on it and the steering wheel off little bit and the front bumper have a little separate from the body after final decision and talk with thus matter to the sale man rob he when in and talk to the manager and he said it can be fix and it not big issues just sign the paper and bring the car home and they will call me to set up the appointment for this issuesand i told him that the car brand new it got there only 2days why all that matters happen he told me that the car it a demo car that why it 700 of the msrp what the f i told him i wabt new and he walk away then the financial department throw the check back for me for the down with no respect so if your guys look for a car of this dealer and they give you a good deal what out make sure to check out the car a few times and test drive good before sign cause you can't return. More
