I purchased a 2010 Acura Tsx from North Scottsdale Acura. I just want to say that this is my first Acura, I've been a loyal Honda customer for 15 years! I turned in a leased TSX for a new RDX. I have been a big fan of Acura but now I am a bigger fan of the team at Acura North Scottsdale. I would like to personally thank Matt Franze and Ed Jones for their help and assistance. I shopped different makes and models around the valley and the sales team at Acura North Scottsdale was heads and shoulders above their competition. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and put the customer first. I will be sure to return for any new cars in the future and I will definitely recommend anyone to work with Matt and Ed. My car door broke at the airport. It was left open with the interior lights on. I contacted the dealor and spoke with Kevin Naylor before boarding the plane. Our sales experience with Caelen was great. He was professional and very informative. We love our 2010 MDX - a tremendous improvement over our previous 2007 MDX. I give Robyn Enriquez and the dealership all 5's is because they have always been very helpful. Robyn takes care of all THREE of my cars, i wont go to anyone else. Robyn and the dealership make life easy for a busy person, they are quick with the service and get you in and out as fast as they can. They blatantly lied to us about the possibility of ordering a new car in the colors we wanted in order to sell a vehicle from their inventory, after insisting that we pay a $2000 non-refundable deposi ordering a new car in the colors we wanted in order to sell a vehicle from their inventory, after insisting that we pay a $2000 non-refundable deposit. We told them that we were willing to wait the 6-8 weeks for the car to be built and shipped, but they said that the color combination was discontinued and they had “looked it up on the computer.” They tried to cover up their deception by telling us that the corporate web-site from Acura was wrong and even though we had built the exact car we wanted that very day that it was not possible to get the MDX model we wanted in the colors we wanted. We had a much better experience with Acura Peoria and Acura Tempe who were nothing but respectful and honest. Additionally they both had a base model MDX in the exact color combinations we wanted on their lot, which they told us any dealer would be able to see on their inventory. I would urge you if you care about honestly and a good experience to look elsewhere. More

Came in on a whim, not understanding that there were still some very attractive financing offers out there. Looked at an MDX and inquired about current offers. Important to note here, I said I asked, as opposed to the typical salesman tactic: Vomit information and offers all over you once you set foot on the property. Caelen took the time to wait for my questions and then explained what he knew, nothing more, If I wanted to know someting I got to ask first. No pressure, easy transaction, friendly, professional sales. If you ever want to meet a patient, and respectful salesmen, go see Caelen. If not, go see Cal.. LOL Thanks again for the help. Mike More
The reason I gave the dealership and Ms. Robyn Enriquez high marks is because I purchased my car in 2005 and anytime I needed regular service or service in an emergency, Robyn was always ready to help me. high marks is because I purchased my car in 2005 and anytime I needed regular service or service in an emergency, Robyn was always ready to help me. The service personnel always made sure I was statisfied with the repairs before I paid the bill.
