I give Robyn Enriquez and the dealership all 5's is because they have always been very helpful. Robyn takes care of all THREE of my cars, i wont go to anyone else. Robyn and the dealership make life easy for a busy person, they are quick with the service and get you in and out as fast as they can. I will recommend everyone i know who drives and Acura to go see Robyn and Acura of North Scottsdale. More
Plamen, Rocko and Matt went out of their way to provide excellent customer service as well as worked at putting together a "win-win" deal for myself and them. We told them that we were willing to wait the 6-8 weeks for the car to be built and shipped, but they said that the color combination was discontinued and they had “looked it up on the computer.” They tried to cover up their deception by telling us that the corporate web-site from Acura was wrong and even though we had built the exact car we wanted that very day that it was not possible to get the MDX model we wanted in the colors we wanted. We had a much better experience with Acura Peoria and Acura Tempe who were nothing but respectful and honest. Additionally they both had a base model MDX in the exact color combinations we wanted on their lot, which they told us any dealer would be able to see on their inventory. I would urge you if you care about honestly and a good experience to look elsewhere. More

Caelen took the time to wait for my questions and then explained what he knew, nothing more, If I wanted to know someting I got to ask first. No pressure, easy transaction, friendly, professional sales. If you ever want to meet a patient, and respectful salesmen, go see Caelen. If not, go see Cal.. LOL Thanks again for the help. Mike More

When my cars need repair the quality and efficiency of the work performed is far above any other Acura dealer I have worked with. The employees are extremely friendly; specifically Roby Enriquez goes out of her way to ensure you are happy and overall satisfied with your experience. I have not purchased an Acura at this location, but the service prices are extremely reasonable. Robyn Enriqez and Acura will match all competitor dealerships coupons by 10%, every time! I do not have one complaint regarding Robyn Enriquez and North Scottsdale Acura. More

My husband and I both have Acuras and we would never go anywhere else but this dealership for service. In fact, their service department is the reason we have two Acuras! I first brought my vehicle to an acura dealreship closer to where I live. And two years of average service and an incorrect diagnosis. I decided to go elsewhere. I ended up at Acura of N. Scottsdale where Robyn gave the me and my vehicle her personal time and attention and ultimately solved the problem. Robyn's combination of skill, experience and intuition is exactly what we had been looking for in a service consultant. Additionally, her professional ethics are superb. I am confident she would never misrepresent a problem or overcharge me in any way. I now have RObyn perform all my routine services and maintenance. I truly would not trust my work vehicle to anyone else, and I recommend her to anyone seeking a competent, trustworthy service consultant. More
