Vern let us look around and did not attack us just when we arrived like other dealers do. Took us us for a test drive, BEFORE making any sales pitch. Also did not try to trick us by incorporating the rebate into the price. After we settled on a good price, then he took off the rebate. Woody did not try to sell us anything. Just explained the extended warranty and cost, and told us we qualify for the 09% finance. Not pushy at all. just a very pleasant buying experience without all the hassle. More

We recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35 from Acura North Scottsdale. We were looking for a used vehicle and were leaning towards an Acura TSX or TL and had visited a couple of other dealerships. Although we can certainly afford these vehicles, we tend to dress very casually and were trading in an older Infiniti, so the other dealerships weren't very enthusiastic about helping us. We decided to drive up to North Scottsdale even though we live in Ahwatukee because of some of the inventory we saw on Autotrader.com at this dealership. Although the vehicles we were specifically interested in had been sold, Brian showed us everything available that met our requirements and price range, even taking us back to look for a vehicle that had just been taken in from a lease. We drove a 2010 TSX and a 2008 TL S series. Both were very nice and Brian was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. However, we noticed the Infiniti G35 and after realizing it was also in our price range, we decided to choose that vehicle. Brian was very helpful, gave us time to talk through the decision, and we never felt pressured about which vehicle to choose. We will be replacing our other vehicle next year, and we will certainly consider returning to Acura North Scottsdale. We are very happy with our beautiful new (to us) vehicle! More
