Charles Watson structured a deal very quickly and is a fine gentleman to work with. He bent over backwards to make me a great deal! Kaylen is an excellent salesman, no pressure and very knowledgeable about his product. I can see Jenny surrounds herself with a great staff and this is what made my car buying experience at Acura of North Scottsdale such a success! Thank you all, Cary Martin I'll be back! More
I would recommend Vern, Charles and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase/lease a vehicle with no hassles. I was just starting my search for a new vehicle and this was my first stop. Vern took u anyone looking to purchase/lease a vehicle with no hassles. I was just starting my search for a new vehicle and this was my first stop. Vern took us for a test drive and asked me what else I was planning on looking at. He told me they were all good vehicles and he would be available to me should I have any questions etc. It wasn't your typical test drive where before you even get out of the car you are being rushed into an office to discuss numbers. He answered all my questions and I left - NO PRESSURE! NO NEGATIVE comments about the other vehicles I was also interested in! I was so impressed with Vern that I decided not to visit the other dealerships and I returned to Acura North Scottsdale a couple of days later. I was on my own as my husband was unavailable and Vern made the whole transaction very comfortable and bent over backwards to make me happy. I had no way to get my new vehicle home and they were kind enough to deliver it for me. They didn't have the all weather floor mats available at time of delivery and the next day I received a call from Vern saying that he would drop them off to me on his way home from work. Over all this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! If more people did business like this the world would be a better place! I would recommend Vern, Charles and the rest of the staff at Acura North Scottsdale to anyone looking for a painless transaction! More
Nobody ever picks up the phone there, I will get through 1 out of every 20 calls. Then when you try to call in once the operator transfers your call all you get is voicemail boxes.Then when I go to drop off 1 out of every 20 calls. Service people in eachothers offices, and nobody really doing much of anything. Nobody came out to greet me when I pulled up and got a simple hello when I walked in. They really need to be on point for "scottsdale" acura. You buy a high end 40K+ car and expect better service. Its all smiles till you buy the car then you fall by the waist side. The sales people tell you when you buy a car from them that you will have an acura service vehicle when you drop your car off so your not stuck, but I have had 4 oil changes in the last year or so and they have yet to provide a loaner. They dont seem to care either. Not going to buy another car there. More
This is our second Acura vehicle. We were so absolutely pleased with the superb quality and reliability of the first one we decided to go for it again. We traded in our '08 MDX for the new '10 ZDX. We initially didn't want the first vehicle we looked because it was a little overly equipped for our liking and it took the sticker price a little higher than we wanted. With a little give and take on both sides we negotiated a great deal on a beautiful new vehicle that fell right into what we wanted to spend monthly. People know this.....we have received nothing but stellar service at this dealership. The people, from sales to finance to service and throughout is something I have not experienced at another dealership, anywhere, period! The dealership Manager Jenny Lang is an absolutely wonderful woman, remembers your name and always speaks when she sees you. Most Mgrs. I have dealt with would rather not even be seen, let alone make it a point to be out front in the trenches with the customers. I will be the first to admit I'm a tough customer, but I would be hard pressed to find a thing wrong with these people. They don't just maintain high standards, they set them in my opinion. If you're looking for a top notch vehicle, new or used, this is the place you want to look....FIRST. More
I was there to buy an inexpensive used vehicle, but the staff treated me like I was buying a new Acura! Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. Rocko was polite and very responsive to quetions. My wife and I spent the most tine with Jordan Crump. Buying a car is almost always an unpleasant event, and it is due to the to the people in the selling part of the business. Spending that much money makes a buyer very nervous. Our apprehensions disappeared afteer spending a short time with Rocko, Jordan and Charles. More

He carefully explained the advantages of purchasing a Certified Used Acura and how the warranty applied to my vehicle. Chad was very helpful in covering all of the accessories on the MDX during the test drive. After my purchase he assisted me in getting both my new car and my current vehicle back to my house. He showed me how to use the Blue Tooth phone in the MDX and set the radio stations and other personalized accessories. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Acura North Scottsdale and will recommend Chad Hansen and Acura North Scottsdale to my friends. More

After test drives of our short list of potential vehicles, we settled on Acura, and pretty much knew what we wanted, apart from color, after doing extensive online research at the usual sites - acura.com, consumer reports, costco - so we pretty much knew what the pricing would be before visiting the dealership. Seeing all the different colors and packages up close allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted, and we eventually decided on a factory build, and a different package to what we originally had planned. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle features, was very patient in answering our many questions, and was willing to meet our every need, even to the degree of getting in all the accessories we couldn't make up our minds on, so we could finalize our choice. One nice surprise on delivery day was to find that all the accessories we had decided to install ourselves were already installed on the vehicle. Financing was a breeze - the finance guy got us a really great rate - and overall, this was one very smooth experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dealership. Every promise and commitment the dealer made was honored. They really do seem to want to get your business back when you come to buy your next vehicle, and they'll certainly get mine. More
