I needed a car right away, and car shopping while still injured from the accident was not fun at all. However the atmosphere at Pauly was quiet and relaxed which was great for my aching head injuries. I told my salesman Hunt Hamill my requirements, and he found me exactly what I was looking for, not like some other dealerships that I had been to that would try to sell you anything on the lot. The test drive was enjoyable and the salesman was knowledgable and helpful, and told me alot of things about the car that I would have never thought to ask. The sales and financing team was great about handling all the paperwork for me, and I could just sit and relax, and they were done very quickly. Highly recommend this dealership, especially if you do not have the time or energy to deal with 'haggling' with a bunch of dealers. If you know exactly what you are looking for talk to Hunt and he can get it for you. More

In buying the 2014 RDX from Pauly, I consulted with Hunt Hamil who was very knowledgeable about the product and very straight forward in his answers to my questions. They replied to my request for a quote for a new vehicle. I set up a meeting - called them before driving 20 miles to go to the dealership and when I got there, I got greeted by someone who was in your face I set up a meeting - called them before driving 20 miles to go to the dealership and when I got there, I got greeted by someone who was in your face and told me that the vehicle I was there for was no longer in stock. They refused to entertain or show me any other vehicles. If this is how they treat serious car shoppers, I can't imagine what it must be like to get service from them.I will never go back again. More

On a nitpicky note, however, their customer waiting area is a little bland and I had ONE experience with an employee (out of about 4 visits) that was not worthy of 5 stars. Overall, as I said, they're great! I never write reviews, but after a horrible experience with a dealer where I live now I wanted to reward them on a job well done with this little shout out. More
