I purchased my 2016 RDX at a different dealership because the exact car I wanted was not available The Pauly Service department is always excellent. I purchased my 2016 RDX at a different dealership because the exact car I wanted was not available through Pauly (where I had purchased my previous RDX) but after one visit to the other Acura dealership service department, I was back at Pauly for service on my new RDX. I will be moving to the city soon but will continue to make the drive back to Pauly for service ... good guys, good service and I have been happy with them since 2010! More

As soon as I pulled in to have my car serviced they were ready for me, explained what they were going to address and checked for recalls before starting the work. The car was ready at the time promised and I was on my way. This was the best, most organized car service operation I've ever experienced. More
