Fuel system part that they replaced in my car was defective. They replaced it and they reimbursed me for towing charges that I incurred. I love this dealership’s service department. I bring my TLX an defective. They replaced it and they reimbursed me for towing charges that I incurred. I love this dealership’s service department. I bring my TLX and ILX here for service and maintenance. They are very honest. They will never take advantage of you. I live over an hour away from this dealership. The drive to and from Pauly Acura Highland Park is worth it. Kudos to Roger and everyone in the service department. More
