Both Bob and the dealership have been awesome to work with. They are all very professional, courteous, and understand exactly what the customer wants, then delivers exceptional customer service to make the deal happen. Visiting the service department has also been so nice and easy. I have never had to take my car in for service other than for regularly needed maintenance. I value the relationship Bob and I have developed over the years and he truly understands all about the buying/leasing process and the cars themselves. I literally thought I was going in to talk to him about my upcoming lease expiration and some options for a new car. In less than 2 hours, I was driving home in a brand new 2018 Acura TLX V6 AWD Tech Model. Plus, I was able to turn my existing 2015 Acura TLX V6 AWD Tech Model in early.
