The salesman, manager and the finance person cannot be more straightforward than this.. No oversell, no unnecessary negotiation gimmicks, no frills. I couldn't be happier. Ivan, the salesperson was to the point and gave me his initial offer for the RDX 2019 I was looking for. The initial offer itself was lower than the number I saw from two other dealerships I visited. I had a lot of questions and Ivan was patient enough to confirm that the quote was good and no gimmicks. He was very cordial and asked me if there is anything else he could do to ease my concerns, I gave him a number that was a little below their initial quote and said this is what I was looking for. He took a moment, talked to the manager and Baaamm! The deal was done..! It was well below what other dealers were willing to go for, for a model that was released 3 months ago and still selling like hot cake. They made my day.. It was worth traveling 80miles to get to Pauley to pick my car up in 2 weeks time (The car I was looking for was not avbl in the lot, and I was ready to wait). The 'closing' day was also smooth. Got it got all the papers signed and drove out within an hour or so. Ivan was very helpful in getting the car all set up to my liking.. They fixed the problem, did a routine oil change, checked tire pressure/alignment and washed my MDX. Courtney explained what I needed to do to address this problem in the future and encouraged me to bring the car in for the service guys to check fluid levels on a regular basis until my next necessary service visit. I purchased this car from this dealer in 3/05 and have had excellent service since. I especially like that many of the service employees are still working there! More
