Omar was knowledgeable and the staff were courteous. However, Omar pulled a fast one and snuck the $1,995 Perma Shield contract into the deal. Omar told us that the protection coating is included in all their vehicles, and we were led to believe that it was complimentary. They low balled our trade-in value, and pushed back when we provided evidence of it's value. They also tried to push us to accept financing even though we made it clear that we were paying cash. The finance manager pushed very hard for a lot of other add-ons (e.g. key protection, tire & wheel protection, extended warranty, paintless dent repair, etc.). It felt like a hard sell, and we were made to feel that we were idiots for not accepting these important services offered "at cost". Overall, we didn't appreciate the typical dealer experience that everyone hates. More
