Purchased the car earlier today. The sales person was really nice young guy really didn’t have too many issues working with him. I was grateful to not be dealing with sleazy car salesman, even though he was a younger sales rep and had to ask a lot of questions. I Drove the car off the lot at 1130 went to my dad’s house (who is a mechanic )to show him my new car. In the sunlight he noticed a dent in the car and said it seems like they had tried to fix it bc it had these smaller bubbles. Mind you it had only been about an hour and a half after driving off the lot. I had only parked the car one time in a spot where there was no way for anything to hit my new car on that side. When I called the dealership to tell them about this (obviously I was upset). The sales person called me back and said that they weren’t intentionally trying to deceive me but if I didn’t notice it was my fault. The other sales manager called me and angrily told me that the dent did not exist before I left the lot. Remember It has only been about an hour and a half! So They sold me the car knowing that was there was damage-and did not want to do anything about it. Also the day before when I went to go look at the car the sales rep told me that someone flew out from Texas to look at the car and ultimately chose not to purchase it because the dealership refused to discount it a small amount of money…. Which seemed odd, but I didn’t press further… now I’m realizing that that person must’ve seen the damage and must have asked for a discount and the dealership didnt do anything so they just sold it to me with the damage without me noticing and I think that’s really shady business practices. The damage was on the passenger door. Also, just the denial of there being any damage before I left the dealership when I drove about an hour home and the car had only been parked for about 30 minutes . Do not trust these people. More
We needed a new car mirror quickly so we decided to pay out of pocket and go to the dealership. Big mistake. Four full business days later, they don't have the correct part, and they aren't sure when it w out of pocket and go to the dealership. Big mistake. Four full business days later, they don't have the correct part, and they aren't sure when it will arrive because they don't have a tracking number. Who does business like this? If they don't get the part tomorrow morning I will pick up the car and take it to a competent auto repair shop that respects its customers. This has been ridiculously poor customer service, and when I called to complain to a manager, no one was available. They wouldn't give me email or a phone number. More

Before being taken into the shop, I was told that it started hard and would probably need a new battery. Told them the battery was less than 2 years old and had been replaced by Pauly. Told later, the battery was OK. Noticed a complete turnover of Service Advisors including the Service Manager who was great. To be fair, my oil change was performed well as far as I know. They didn't try to sell me additional services may be because I pushed back when I was initially told I may need a new battery when I hadn't had any battery problems or hard starting. But the reason for the one star is mostly because of their incessant attempts to contact me for service. Texts, email, phone calls. I traded in my TLX last July at another dealer and have tried everything to stop the contacts. I tried to opt out of texts yet they kept coming. I got a phone call from a live person and told her I don't own the car and stop calling. I was assured they would. Then today, I got a recorded phone message to remind me service was due but it said push 9 to opt out, which I did. I doubt this will be my last phone call. They just don't care. I didn't even think about going to them when I bought my new TLX because all the friendliness of the old Pauly was gone. More
Be careful purchasing a car from this dealership! The dealership advertised one price online, but when going in to purchase the car, they advised us additional $1700 in 'dealer fees' (including $1 The dealership advertised one price online, but when going in to purchase the car, they advised us additional $1700 in 'dealer fees' (including $1200 'PermaPlate' interior and exterior protection, which was already applied and would not be refunded). Also, during the meeting with their "Business Manager", he appeared to engage in several deceptive sales tactics: *he stated GAP insurance was mandatory ($1200) and would not be removed from the purchase contract. Be advised: GAP insurance is NOT mandatory. *he stated that purchasing the extended warranty would result in a lower finance rate on their car loan. (It would be better to pay in cash or have your own financing lined up ahead of time.) *he claimed that the 84-month extended warranty would start once the manufacture and CPO warranties expired (resulting in 12 years of warranty!). We later verified that is not accurate, and the extended warranty started the day of our purchase and ran concurrently with the manufacture/CPO warranty. After realizing that the Business Manager was deceptive with us, we attempted to cancel the GAP Coverage, Extended Warranty and Tire and Rim Coverage. We worked with the dealership's General Manager. (If you have any problems with your purchase, ask for the GM to help. He responded after several voicemails and emails to him.) The Gap Coverage was canceled the very next day with the dealership. All of the coverages were canceled before the dealership submitted them to the warranty company. It took the dealership five weeks to get everything canceled and reimbursed (holding on to our money). However, they only reimbursed the amount of the actual warranties and not refund the interest they caused to accrue. Also, they had us leave the dealership without most of our paperwork and assured us they would send it to us. It took many requests to get the needed paperwork, and we are still waiting for the PermaPlate warranty documentation. In retrospect. we should have walked out the door the moment they told us of the substantially different price on the car (+$1700), and especially after meeting with the Business Manager. Once we spoke with the GM, he was good at listening to our concerns but we still don't have resolution to all of our issues with this dealership and our purchase. Lessons learned: before going to any dealership, ask them what additional fees and products they have added and have your financing already lined up. GAP insurance is not required. The extended warranty starts the day of purchase. More
Prices have increased and you’re charged to use a credit card. The call center hounds you, because it seems so much more money hungry. We have two Acuras, one in each of our names but I am constantly getting called my husband’s name even when I change the information for service. The world has changed and I can purchase a car with or without my husband. I am not “insert man name’s spouse or wife,” I am my own person and it would behoove you to remedy the situation. I loved Pauly Acura and the family the team was, but this new ownership leaves lots to be desired. Don’t plan on buying another Acura, let alone from this dealership. Especially since every other car brand has an electric car in their lineup. I feel bad for the original service lineup because they are fabulous! More
It was the easiest purchase process we have ever experienced with straightforward paperwork.
