Fixed My Door Handle for Free I was in Canada a few weeks ago and my drivers' side door handle would not pull open the door event though it was unlocked :-( On my drive back to Ohi I was in Canada a few weeks ago and my drivers' side door handle would not pull open the door event though it was unlocked :-( On my drive back to Ohio I called Acura Columbus and they told me to bring it in the very next day so they could take a look. When I arrived in the morning they already had a rental car waiting for me as they had already checked and a part that they might need would not arrive until the next day. When the part did not arrive the next day, Todd asked me to keep the rental and when I returned he said that there was no charge for anything given the wait! Super Super Nice folks to work with! More
Check a low air tire A little disappointed. All staff were very accommodating and nice and facilities are fine. Since I have hazard warranty I had the tire looked at and a A little disappointed. But it was a little ridiculous that even though I had an appointment, a tire remounting was a three hour experience. More
Excellent service on a battery replacement My battery died and a driver was sent to jump the vehicle. I went to the service center where the battery was checked and replaced quickly.
