When I went on line to Acton Toyota and found out that and actual quote c I have always hated shopping for anything, and for cars even more. When I went on line to Acton Toyota and found out that and actual quote could be confirmed I was amazed. The only thing left to do was go to the dealership and pick out the vehicle. There was never any pressure or arm-twisting. What got my attention the most was that these folks actually like their job, each other, and their customers. When my car could not be delivered the day I went to pick it up they offered to bring it to my front door the next day. I have been in the service industry for many years and these people seem to get it right; treat people the way you would want to be treated yourself. More

I schedule again! Read on: The problem is that the navigation system in my 07 Camry XLE died. Less than 6 months of ownership and 7200 miles. I scheduled time to come in after having Acton Toyota diagnose that I needed my Navigation system replaced. I receive an email that the part is in on Friday 6/29. The email said that service would call. I had heard nothing by Monday so I called. (My service advisor also told me they would call me asap). I was on vacation the 1st week of July and was able to come in and wait the hour it would take to replace. I was told that I could not be accommodated for that week. (previously I was told It would not be a problem. The service advisor was fairly rude when I asked "Since this was a warranty repair and If I had to come back next week or later would a service loaner be provided. I got an immediate and rude NO!. After pressing on, I secured an appt for that Friday. During the next day or two I got several calls from different "service advisors" at Acton Toyota all trying to schedule the appt for the replacement? (does anyone talk to each other there I wonder?) I then told them that I have an appt then they just hang up. Then on Wednesday of this week a person named Liz calls and asks about scheduling an appt. I go through it again. She tells me they are not busy to come in before noon. I drop what I am doing and drive the hour plus to get there. I arrive, am taken in and wait in waiting room. They mark the slip waiting. Then about an hour later I see my car outside. I see my cell phone is ringing with a "service advisor" - calling me in the waiting room that my car is ready. The same guy that knew I was in there????? I get the paperwork and go out to my car. I drive off the lot. While driving home, I notice that my leather interior is filthy! Grease marks on the seats and interior molding. My mp3 jack cord is lodged in the molding stuck under the dash? I pull that out and try to wipe the seat. I also notice that my music CD's are gone, that had been in the old unit. I drive a half hour back to service bay. I advise of the issues to the "service advisors", they say, "they are in the other unit" Like I should know this????? I ask why I was not informed they were not ejected? I get blank stares. I leave and go see my sales rep. At this point pursuing a conversation with "Service" advisors is pointless. Peter R and Matt L come out and try to clean car and go over to service and find out what happened. I am told my Matt L that I can have the old unit re-installed and they can eject the cd's or I can have them sent to me from Toyota. I choose to have them sent to me. I drive away, disgusted. And to this day have yet to have someone from service call or even advise of the arrival time of my cd's. As a new customer to service after purchasing a vehicle I would expect more. Update today. I get a call from Chuck he leaves a message for me to call him and also a note that the CD's will now take 6-8 weeks to be returned to me. So if you want the run around go to this "Service" dept. They just care about selling cars not servicing them. I thought I would have a better relationship from this dealer. I was wrong, and sorry I did not wait for the 2008 Accord. Honda Service has been phenonmenal for over 10 years at Lungren Honda. (and to think I never bought a car from them!) BEWARE and ride these people if you want results. More

As expected, the service was of excellent quality, prompt, and they repaired a broken tether and glued back the front rubber cushion professionally. We would highly recommend servicing your car here. We went here for the first time with my wives sludging Sienna. The only negative was that they tried to sell us a 3500 exhaust. Must be made of gold. The paid for the rental and rebuilt the Sienna. For all 5 deals, Acton Toyota gave the very best price and overall deal of all the area Toyota dealers. I also have my 2005 Camry serviced at Acton toyota. Their service department is very trustworthy and is first rate. They simply do excellent work, do only what is needed and do not tack on any "extras." Their service department is more than competitive with any other auto shop in the area. They also service my 2002 Honda Civic with no complaint. I am very happy with Acton Toyota. More

The sales staff have been friendly and have given me the best deals of all Toyotal dealers in the area. I was treated with respect each and every time. When I need to buy another car, it will be a Toyota and I will buy it from Acton Toyota. The sales staff have also been helpful, treat me with respect, answer each and every question, schedule appointments promptly, even the same day if needed. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I've never had to take my car back for a problem that wasn't fixed properly the first time. Once my car wouldn't start and I was in a mall parking lot on a Friday night and a sales person who was supposed to be leaving drove over in his own car and was able to fix my car, at no charge to me. To me that it unheard of and goes well beyond what is expected. I highly recommend Acton Toyota for both buying a car and having your car serviced. More
