Neil Schartz was excellent in his customer service with me! He greeted me as I got out of my car, took me right in (calling me by name) and then served me in an efficient and friendly manner. Customer reception is very good. Infrastructure and facilities provided to the customer during the waiting period are excellent. Service personnel are cordial and have pleasing manners. They are on top of my work the moment I arrived there. Though i went for just basic servicing which i could have done outside for a lesser price. I don't trust others as i trust Toyota dealer. That is the reason i bought a used car from Acton Toyota though i know i have spent more dollors compared to private owner/normal dealer and I like the Rewards points we get. More
I bought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in December of 2004. It was a previously used by one of the dealership's salesmen. I have had nothing but good rapport with Bob Moran's dealership. He does everything possible to make those of us who wait for our cars extremely comfortable. From the TV to the WiFii room to the coffee and refreshments to full breakfasts and lunches. Every employee I have been in contact with has been pleasant and courteous, especially Leo. I may be looking for a later model Highlander this summer and Acton Toyota of Littleton will be my one and only shopping stop. More
Excellent experience. Service advisor came to my car immediately upon my arrival. I waqs seated for less than a minue when a second service advisor called me over to his desk. Went over service paperw immediately upon my arrival. I waqs seated for less than a minue when a second service advisor called me over to his desk. Went over service paperwork. Received coupon for breakfast. Nice breakfast. Service advisor called me about an hour later informing me the car was all set. Service advisor waiting when I came downstairs to his desk. Went over paperwork. Car was already waiting for me outside. And to top it off, rewards points covered the cost of the basic maintenance. Can't get a much better experience than that! Thank you. More
I have used this dealership for more than 15 years and would never consider going anywhere else although there are 2 dealerships much closer to my house. As an older female, I've had instances of being treated as someone who would not understand what was being described concerning services or repairs. That has never happened at Acton Toyota - there I am always considered an intelligent person who understands what the employee is telling me concerning my car. More
My service was done in less than 45 minutes, which was terrific. I enjoyed my complimentary breakfast (my co-workers think I'm nuts that I enjoy getting my car serviced), and the bottled water on the seat terrific. I actually enjoy coming in for service. I love it when the service door pulls up when I drive up. Someone is jolly on the spot to meet me and send me to the service coordinator. And I get to read in the the service door pulls up when I drive up. Someone is jolly on the spot to meet me and send me to the service coordinator. And I get to read in the waiting room. For me, that's like being on vacation. They even have little swing out table tops so you can rest your book, or cup or whatever. There's a WI-FI room and TV, vending machine. It couldn't be much better if they came to your home. More
I was extemely pleased with how Acton Toyota took care of my car. It was at Acton Body Shop for repairs, and the people there scheduled my maintanence service with the Service Center and delivered my car for my car. When I picked up the car it looked beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised that the inside had even been cleaned. The bottle of water was also a nice touch, as Rt. 2 was a parking lot heading back into Boston. Thank you Acton Toyota, I'm glad I bought my Yaris from you! More
