Brought my car in to have serviced for summer driving, only to discover my rear brakes needed to be replaced. Mr. Moeller explained what was wrong with the brakes. I'm not mechanically inclined but understood his explanation. The car was repaired within a reasonable time while I waited. This is the second Camry I've bought from Acton Toyota and have never had any problems with the dealership. Everyone has always been polite and helpful and I trust the dealership. I am elderly and do little driving so have very little mileage on this car and do not anticipate buying a new car in the near future. More
Spectacular service. Came in with tire puncture that NTW in Allston said could not be repaired. I suspected they were wrong and unprompted you guys fixed it in less than an hour for $19. Over the years have purchased six cars from this dealer, three used and three new. All the purchases were delightful experiences, very responsive and personalized. Service through the years has been like above. Incident: this is the only service dealer where repeatedly they find correct service solution for far less cost than I thought or authorized. More
Service was great as always. I was there for 2 hours but it felt like 15 minutes because I was giving breakfast and watched tv. It was great - I could have stayed there all day! I also heard some other customers commenting on how relaxed and nice it was to be able to have these accomodations while waiting. The associates that work at Acton Toyota of Littleton are so friendly and professional that you actually enjoy your wait while your automobile is being serviced. My opinion is that this is the best car dealer and service center that I have ever been to and I will alway bring my business to Littleton. They should make this a training center for the other locations because I have been to other toyota locations and they are not as friendly or accomodating like Littleton. Thank you Toyota. More
I LOVE this dealership----the food is great, and the whole atmosphere absolutely spectacular-it makes the service appointment truly a pleasure! I felt the same way when I first walked into Acton Toyota to have my car serviced. What I soon discovered was that Acton Toyota was the most honest and reliable place to have a car fixed!! After 20 years of continuing to be a loyal patron, I have found myself returning to have a car serviced or to buy a car. I would never go any where else. The honesty and integrity of this dealership leaves one wondering why anyone would go to another Dealership. I have bought my last 3 cars from this dealership and continue to go there for service. Chuck Bradshaw, the service manager, is the best! :-) Randy and Neil and all the other service people.......Eric, Leo, are just as wonderful. I feel so lucky and relieved to have found a Dealership that I trust to go above and beyond all expectations! :-) More
The service department is always ready when I get there and truns my car around quickly. While waiting for service to be completed I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Amistadi, terrific sales person. He knew I was not immeadiately in the market for a car but was window shopping while my service was being performed. Still took the time to show me some options and give me information so I can be more informed for my next purchase. Will be purchasing my next car from Jim and Acton Toyota in the future. More
I came here for the 105k service maintenance on my Prius. I got there in the morning after making an appointment online earlier in the week. After being told it would take 2.5 hours for the service, I was g I got there in the morning after making an appointment online earlier in the week. After being told it would take 2.5 hours for the service, I was given a voucher for a meal in their upstairs cafeteria. The cafeteria had plenty of seating, was clean and had decent food. I also appreciated that there was wi-fi available. After waiting only about an hour and a half, I was surprised to hear my car was ready! Checkout was a breeze - after paying at the service staff's desk, I found my car waiting in the front parking lot with the keys in it. Overall I was happy with the experience, especially after having less than satisfactory services at other Toyota dealerships in the area. I feel the service department is trustworthy, and I will definitely bring my car back here for future maintenance. Thanks! More
Our Toyota Avalon is now eight years old. We purchased it when Acton Toyota was indeed in Acton, and, because of the quality of the service department, we have never taken it anywhere else, except, perhap it when Acton Toyota was indeed in Acton, and, because of the quality of the service department, we have never taken it anywhere else, except, perhaps for a carwash. Truly, Acton Toyota is a "class act," one which other dealerships should strive to follow. We always know that the technicians there understand our car completely and treat it accordingly. We always know that we are more than simply automatons driving the car in for service and then twiddling our thumbs waiting for the service to be complete. FAR FROM IT! We feel valued and respected as people and customers. Unlike so many dealerships with whom we had contact a decade ago, Acton Toyota has never pushed for unnecessary, expensive repairs in an attempt to make more money. They seem to realize that a customer who is respected by them respects them in return. In short, we intend to stay with Acton Toyota for all service and car purchase needs. More
