I am very happy that I switched from IRA to Action Toyota for my service work... I brought my wife’s 2000 Solara and then my 2003 Rav4 to Acton Toyota for routine (5000 mile) service and state inspection a for my service work... IT WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 7 YEARS THAT I WASN'T TOLD THAT TOLD THAT I NEEDED SOMETHING BEYOND WHAT I HAD ORIGINALLY GONE IN FOR... The service was performed well within the time the service advisor said it would be... the staff was professional and friendly from the time you drive in, from the valet, service advisor and even the staff passing through the waiting room who when out of their way to say hello to my dog and point out that there was a bowl of dog teats if my dog wanted one.. More
I have been a customer of Acton Toyota since I purchased my 2000 RAV. In that time I have had no problems with either the people that work there, the service or the completed work. On my last inspection and oil change, the technician noticed that my brakes were dangerously bad, although this was an expensive fix, I left it there for the repairs, which were done in just a few hours. It was a hot frustrating day for me and I was pleasantly surprised that there was an ice cold bottle of water waiting in my cup holder when I picked my RAV up. It was a nice touch! More

I have just taken my 2010 Prius for it's 1st service and I continue to be very satisfied with every aspe I am currently driving my 4th or 5th Toyota. I have just taken my 2010 Prius for it's 1st service and I continue to be very satisfied with every aspect of the service operation. In their new facility the entire operation from drive-in to drive-out is done in a profession, friendly manner leaving me with complete confidence that my car has been maintained in the best possible manner. As a plus, if you arrive for service during the morning or early afternoon you will receive a ticket for a free meal in their excellent cafeteria (which also provides excellent food and very friendly service). More
I had an issue regarding Michelm tires which came with my new auto. With the help of John Bernard and Randy Irwin my issue was resloved to my complete satisfaction.I was introduced to Randy and arranged t new auto. Excellent facility - seating/waiting areas were nice and workstations with wifi were very handy. Excellent and prompt customer service. Service and prices were explained in advanced. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Acton Toyota for almost 20 years. The staff treats me as if I am their only customer. Although there are dealers much closer to my address, I would never consider go almost 20 years. The staff treats me as if I am their only customer. We have been using this dealership for service on our Toyota & Hyundai cars for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Their new facility in Littleton is wonderful. To be able to pull the car right into a covered area during the depths of winter or the heat of summer is great. They have a wonderful customer service area, with restaurant upstairs, free coffee and snacks downstairs and a quiet Wi-Fi zone if you wish to work. You can also book your car in for service on-line, which is very convenient. I haven't used their minibus service, but a lot of people do and find it very convenient when dropping off their cars. I've had my Tundra for almost 4 years, now, and have had excellent service every time I've brought my truck in. Wait times to check in were short or non existent. My truck was ready within the estimated time and while I waited I was able to have a complementary breakfast. Whenever the Service Dept. encounted a problem that was not part of the expected service, they always called to discuss the issue before making any repairs. This most recent time, I used some of the points that I had accumulated to take a rental while my truck was being worked on. I was able to "test drive" a Prius for the entire day. I expect that I'll be buying another Toyota from this dealership, within the next couple of years. More
Outstanding. In life, communication errors happen and when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it asap, and sent us up to their cafe for a free lunch. A cafe in a car dealership? Yes! And the cheeseburger they custom made for me was not McDonnalds - best one I have had in many years. And then the car was done, all repairs as needed and they detailed the inside for us free, using the frequent customer program point as we had requested but, they also gave it a quick wash outside just because. They usually do that. If your dealer does not do that, you should come to Acton Toyota. My last car was a Jeep Grand Cher TSI and I would have to go get it repaired 6 or 7 times and year and I called it my $500 Jeep because every time I took it in, the dealer would say, "bad news, It's going to cost $500 and it (whatever the repair was) is not covered by warranty. None More
