Acton Toyota is an exceptional dealership. My first experience was with the sales rep, who was very knowledgeable. when I go in for service they come out to greet me at my car. While you are waiting the is always drinks and refreshments. This time I was handed a ticket to have lunch as the predicted a two hour wait for everything. I am very pleased to get my car back without grease and dirt on it. When I left there was a cold bottle of water in the cup holder, a very pleasant thought on a 90 degree day. More

As usual -- the service was done efficiently and as promised. Sandy did a fantastic job of calling and keeping me apprised of the status, especially when the technician discovered more work was needed promised. The technician gets kudos for noticing the inspection sticker and license plates were from different states -- and raising it as a possible issue. And last, but far from least -- both shuttle van drivers get a big thanks for making my day sooooo easy. My co-workers are envious and at least one has noted that next time his Camry needs service, you'll see it instead of the dealer near his home in Cambridge! More
I appreciate that I am always given accurate estimate time to take as well as a coupon for the upstairs cafeteria (although I don't eat there because of my diet restriction). This dealership is a great example for excellence in customer service. My positive experience dates back prior to their relocation to Littleton, and I must say that their staff goes far and above of wh customer service. My positive experience dates back prior to their relocation to Littleton, and I must say that their staff goes far and above of what is necessary to do a technically good job. They provide solid advice (and even suggest other options in case repair work is not necessary), I always got an exact quotation of the cost, and reliable time estimate of what it would take to fix my car. I never had to go back and get things reworked. The team is highly competent and was always able to address any technical/mechanical issues, and they ensured with great patience that I understood what what they were planning to do and get a resolution to my car problem. The latter aspect was also emphasized by my wife, who felt treated here - in contrast to many other places - as curtious as any of their male customers. Finally, the staff shows a very natural fiendlyness, is polite and - overall - makes you feel very comfortable. The little breakfast snack they offer while you are waiting is just a nice icing on the cake. Even though I have to go a couple more miles to this particular dealership, it's worth for me. More

Immediatley helped by the kind gentleman who writes up the service to be done. He then hands me a voucher for a made to order breakfast in there new cafteria. Told me to enjoy it (which of course I did!!) and not to worry because he would find me when my car was done. This was even better than their Starbucks coffee and fresh Dunkin donuts. 4. Service was finished sooner than their time estimate...which it always is. I was shown exactly what was done and their evaluation... condition of breaks and tires. 5. When I got into my car there a was very cold bottle of water in the cup holder. I loved that! Seems like a small detail, but it's not, especially when it's in the high ninetys. It just shows their attention to detail. I felt very pampered which seems pretty strange. Acton Toyota sets the standard for customer service!! They take great care of my car and me(!!!!). I do recommend them to everyone!!! I love to tell them about my experience there. Everyone is always amazed. More

I feel confident that my car has been well taken care of especially when the services completed have been explained fully to me. Having the opportunity to use Rewards Points for service is an option I have not taken advantage of yet because the charge for service has been reasonable. I'll wait for a more appropriate time. The accommodations while waiting quite comfortable. Best of all was the wonderful breakfast my first visit and a lovely lunch on this visit. The kitchen food is excellent especially the soup and the staff more than pleasant. More
My wife took our 2007 camrey xle for a front end alignment. The service was very friendly and helpful. The car was actually finished faster than promised and, in the meantime, she was given a vouc alignment. The service was very friendly and helpful. We have purchased other Toyota from Acton Toyota and have been very pleased with everything to do with the dealer. More
I purchased my 2002 Camry in January 2008. The car has gone to Acton Toyota exclusively for all service. Everyone is extremely customer focused either on the phone or from the moment you drive in to the gone to Acton Toyota exclusively for all service. The service advisors have always answered any questions about required maintainence in a straightforward manner. All work done has been on time and performed correctly. The facility is first class and it is a pleasure to go there. I will strongly recomment Acton Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car or bring one for service work. More
