Acton Toyota does everything right. They treat their customers like they matter, they are fast, clean, and reasonably priced. There were 6 people in line a few Saturdays ago, waiting for service - they were handled quickly and efficiently, I barely waited 5 minutes. Cheerful service, my car was ready when they said it would be ready...what's not to like? More
Acton Toyota has to be the most professional dealership I have ever worked with, by far. When I arrived there on Friday morning that was a long line of folks to have service done. Action Toyota has multiple very personable service reps that processed everyone very quickly. I chose to wait and the wait area had very good Wireless Internet and a complimentary hot breakfast, both at no charge. There was also an exercize room available though I did not use it. The work was completed, done well and several service recall items were taken care of at the same time. I recieved a call on my cell when my Yaris was ready and it was driven to me to drive away. Getting work done at Acton Toyota always seems like an unexpected pleasure for getting my car repaired. More

I arrived at an early time in the morning to get my car serviced and the service department was very professional and efficient. They had my oil changed and tires rotated in less than an hour. I have purchased two Toyotas here and the sales experience was delightfully non-pressured. The salespeople were smart, matter-of-fact, and very oriented to meeting our needs. But where this dealerships stands out even more is in the Service Department. I have owned cars for 45 years and have visited a lot of service departments - nothing compares to the efficiency, effectiveness, and competence of this shop. There is a large staff and so check-in takes just a few minutes. They provide a free breakfast or lunch, if I want to stick around, or they have a driver to take me to the train if that's what I need. The repairs and preventative maintenance have always been done on time and at a reasonable (albeit not rock bottom) price. I am willing to pay a little extra when I get high quality, dependable service. These folks know Toyotas inside and out. They must treat their staff well because they seem to have a very low turn-over rate, and this leads to even greater competence and efficiency. I feel lucky to have this shop as a neighbor. They're the best!! More
Technical guys are not professional, they can not find the real problem, just keep telling you something need to be replaced. It seems to me that everytime when you visit the service department, they have the target to rob you at least $600. I would not recommend anybody for this dealer. I doubt they sometimes intent to create some problems in your car. Very bad dealer service and not honest. More
