You guys rock. Quick enough service for walk in - you set my expectations correctly when I arrived. I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later, but needed to come in early. When I called, the staff was helpful in suggesting when I'd have the shortest wait for a walk-in service appoinment. When I got there, the service rep told me that I could have up to a 3 hour wait for my car - which was fine with me, given that I had access to the free wi-fi, and they treated me to free lunch, I was happy to hang around and work. There are quiet cubicle like locations if you need that, or like what I did, I parked myself up on one of the high top tables in the cafe, watched the cars come and go in the service bay check in area, and got all of my work done. I would recommend this dealer for service to anyone, and will definitely be going back here myself. More
Not only great service and repair, but also continued work to keep me as a customer with surprises I had no ideas to expect - valet service to pick up my car in the garage! We have used Littleton Toyota Service department for several years now... for both our Toyota's. Their staff have always been helpful, patient, polite, and efficient and we have always been very pleased several years now... for both our Toyota's. Their staff have always been helpful, patient, polite, and efficient and we have always been very pleased with the quality of the work performed ..... both regularly scheduled maintenance service as well as some instances where we've needed a specific problem addressed , sometimes on an "unscheduled" basis. Their customer waiting area and associated amenities also reflects their care for customer comfort. More
I had never come during business hours and was shocked at how pleasant and accommodating everyone was. I came with a small child and we were completely comfortable, fed, had plenty of space, access to the t how pleasant and accommodating everyone was. Took my car in for a 20K service. I expected to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Nope - it took 35 minutes - & they were thorough & checked & did everything. I have a Lexus RX350, & I don't go to the dealership because Acton Toyota can do the same things for a lot less money. Their guys are experienced, & they know both brands, Toyota & Lexus. Every time I enter Acton Toyota I am greeted with a smile from Susan or the receptionist greeter. When I need service I am greeted promptly with a courteous smile and inquiry as to what I am in need of and then off to one of the fine service coordinators - from Neil Schwartz to Steve Martin. As with any dealership price - you expect to pay a bit more - after all I am not visiting my corner gas station garage - and Acton Toyota in my mind exemplifies what a quality dealership should be - You'd expect this type of superb service from a high end car dealer - but I get every day with my every day car - It is truly a delight to visit Acton Toyota of Littleton. As always, a great customer experience. Love having wireless access; I get more work done in their cafe than I do in my office! I also got a sense where the problem areas are so that I can get more aggressive with my anti mouse proofing. (it has been a tough year) No complaints from me; those guys do it right! A nice clean place to work while waiting, free breakfast, great coffee, and supportive service staff. More
