I have had my share of bad experiences at car dealerships. And because of those experiences have always had a negative feeling about going to get my car serviced. Acton Toyota changed that. This dealership is by far the best, most friendly, EFFICIENT and clean dealership I have ever been to. The service professionals are just that - professional, caring, kind. Everyone seems to have a smile, and puts out a good vibe from the person who checks you in, to the service agent, to the men in parts. I have never had a bad experience. My mother always says if you want to be happy, you hang with happy people. Well, if you want to get your car serviced, or if you want a good buying experience with professionals that will explain processes, be honest and pleasant, you go to Acton Toyota. And one quick note about efficiency. I am a professional organizer by trade. I am always looking for efficiency and don't often find good, organized, workers. The on-line scheduler is a dream come true. SO easy, so efficient, so organized. It makes the whole experience that much better. The good service at Acton Toyota of Littleton begins with making the appointment. The on-line service is easy to use and there is always good follow up. When I bring the car in I am greeted right away, checked in and provided with an accurate estimate of how long I will have to wait if I choose to do so. The service person who checks me in will consult with me before hand if something other than the service requested should present itself. I am contacted via my cell phone ( or someone comes to find me ) when the service is complete, usually within the estimated time- or sooner. ( If for any reason the service will go well beyond the estimated time the service rep will inform me asap.) Everyone I have ever dealt with at Acton Toyota is friendly and courteous; questions are answered thoroughly. The facility itself is beautiful, with spacious, comfortable areas to wait. The entire place is immaculately clean. The amenities provided are terrific- from the coffee and donuts to the free breakfast to the wireless hookups to the TV's and magazines. I have not rated the price; the cost of automotive service is high evrywhere and I feel that Acton Toyota is probably comparable to most other service centers. If I pay a little more here than I might at a smaller independent shop it's worth it because of the quality of the work and the overall experience. More

Acton Toyota is hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I bought my car there three years ago, and Jim recommended that I have a remote starter installed in my new Corolla. That was one of the best suggestions I could have asked for given our cold New England winters! Every time I go for routine maintenance, the service is prompt, thorough, and efficient. I've dealt with Steve in service several times and he's great. The other people in service have all been wonderful, too. I do not have any complaints. Also, for anyone who needs to wait while there car is serviced, Acton Toyota of Littleton caters to professionals, as well as to families. There is and desk/computer lounge, as well as ample seating in the other areas, so you can spread out and do your work. They even have a kids play area. They also give you food vouchers for their cafeteria so you can grab breakfast or lunch while you wait. I tell everyone I know to buy their cars there and to get service there, too! More
Just went in for the 10,000 mile service on my Sienna. I was in and out in 80 minutes! Everybody was super friendly, right down to the men making yummy food upstairs in the cafe. The service tech even took care of my request for a sample of used oil so I could have it tested at a lab it to check my oil change intervals (OK, maybe I'm a freak, but 10,000 mile oil change intervals scare me!). I called Acton Toyota on Monday to see if I could bring the Matrix in for a State Inspection. Michelle, who answered my call, was very helpful and told me I could bring the car in any time and that they c the Matrix in for a State Inspection. Michelle, who answered my call, was very helpful and told me I could bring the car in any time and that they closed at 6pm. I brought the car in at 11:30am. There was one car being inspected before me and then I was done. Brian Crowley also helped me with my appointment for Thursday for the Yaris for it's State Inspection and 5,000 maintenance service. Neil Schwartz helped me with the Yaris. I was finished within less than an hour. I cannot say enough about the professional, welcoming atmosphere I have experienced at Action Toyota. The entire staff is wonderful. I trust these people with my cars and will continue to bring my cars to Acton Toyota for future maintenance. More

I brought my Prius in for service at 7am. I was able to have breakfast and get connected to my work email right away. I had minimal down time which made the appointment rather easy.
