below is the comment I made to the dealership. And I meant every word of it. I see you do not provide a comment section on the quality of food, doughnuts and coffee that is offered. If you did I would also rate it as #5 - great. keep up the hospitality suite downstairs with coffee and doughnuts and breakfast upstairs. They finished my car too fast - I could have easily stayed another hour sipping cofffee, answering office email and just relaxing. More
Acton Toyota in Littleton, Massachusetts, is perhaps the finest dealership within 50 miles of here. My Service Rep Mr. Crowley was very kind and taken care of my needs in a timely manner - I've received no finest dealership within 50 miles of here. I have purchased two cars from Acton Toytoa--and have loved both cars. However, I didnt use the service department until I purchased the second car (both cars are RAV4's) I am really delighted with the s loved both cars. However, I didnt use the service department until I purchased the second car (both cars are RAV4's) I am really delighted with the service department because it is efficient, welcoming, take excellent care of my car, send service due reminders by email and allow me to make appintments online--AND they give me a delicious breakfast or lunch when I have a service appointment!!! They have wifi so I can work on my computer or comfortable seats if I want to sit and read--the atmopshere is pleasant and quiet. They even gave me lunch when I had to have my state sticker inspection--a walk in appointment! They treat me like they want me to buy my next car from them too--which is pretty nice considering I only buy a car every ten years or so! I have reccommended them to others and have noted that they enjoy the service too. More

Mark, Steve, Stan, and Christina I met in the service dept and they are very nice, welcoming, friendly and understanding. I have told several people about the outstanding business Toyota of Acton runs. Sometimes its hard waiting so long for my vehicle in service, but I understand it is a very busy dept, and the ammenities in the building do make up for it a bit. The purchase and delivery was beyond anything I've experienced or heard about. Recently I went for service and was blown away yet again. They have created a business model that business schools should study. It's as if they know what everyone's ideal visit would be like, then take it ten steps further. There's not much that exceeds my expectations...Acton Toyota does that and more. More

From the day I bought my car there, I have been impressed with every person, and every interaction I have had at Acton Toyota. It is clear that you all go above and beyond for the customer, more so than I h with every person, and every interaction I have had at Acton Toyota. It is clear that you all go above and beyond for the customer, more so than I have seen at any other car service place, or, in ANY business for that matter. Your customer service is like none other I have ever seen - right on down to the two guys who were working behind the counter making sandwiches at lunch time. Even those two men were very eager to please every customer that I saw come through to them. I was also shocked at the free lunch provided. I didn't even know there was a cafeteria until I was presented with the coupon for a free meal there. I kept waiting for "the catch" in terms of the free meal and was shocked when it was just simply "complimentary." All of this is why I insisted my car be towed TWENTY miles to YOU guys, as opposed to the Toyota dealership two miles from where I was. Thank you! Please don't change what you are doing. More
