Rude Customer Service Rep I called on 9/16/16 and requested an oil change. I was told to come in around 3:30-4:00. I arrived at 3:45 and an older employee in the drop off bay I called on 9/16/16 and requested an oil change. I was told to come in around 3:30-4:00. I arrived at 3:45 and an older employee in the drop off bay typed my name in the service computer. When I entered the waiting area there were no seats so I went into the inner waiting area. About 40 minutes later, when I assumed my oil change would be complete, I walked back to the service area. My name was gone from the screen and I sat for 20 more minutes. Finally a service employee came out and called for my husband. My name had been dropped from the service list and my car had been sitting all this time, yet to be serviced. I was upset and said I assumed it would be next in. Mr. Eric Moeller let me know very sarcastically that I would be out in about 45 minutes. He said oil changes typically take 1 1/2 hours. I always schedule a drive in and wait oil change and in my experience they take no more than half and hour. I had to wait another 45-50 minutes. I left Acton Toyota from a 3:45 appointment at 5:45. VERY POOR SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!! More
Overcharged I went to Acton Toyota to get an oil and oil filter change. I specifically told the service agent I only wanted that. He said okay, they would change I went to Acton Toyota to get an oil and oil filter change. I specifically told the service agent I only wanted that. He said okay, they would change the oil and filter. When I received the bill they had done the oil change, but changed the air filter and cabin filter too, at a cost of $45 each! I did not authorize this and was shocked to see the bill reach almost $200 when all I wanted was an oil change. I believe they took advantage of me because I am a woman. I will never recommend this dealership or service center to anyone I know, nor will I go here again for their services. I have been here many times before and have worked with a different service agent and never had a problem. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. More
An extraordinary representative I've been dealing with Acton Toyota for quite a few years. Never in all that time have I ever been treated with anything but professionalism, courtesy I've been dealing with Acton Toyota for quite a few years. Never in all that time have I ever been treated with anything but professionalism, courtesy and respect. My family has purchased a number of automobiles in the last 10 years and continue to have them serviced here; even though it's about a 190 mile round trip to where we now live. In all of those years I have continued to be amazed at the quality of staff Acton Toyota has been able to attract and keep. Wellington Pereira fits that bill in every respect. I called yesterday afternoon to ask a question and now only did Wellington research it but also had a solution available and scheduled the necessary upholstery work for the vehicles next scheduled service date. In addition he went far beyond his working hours to help me get this problem resolved. He is without a doubt an outstanding representative of Acton Toyota, but more so a direct credit to Bob Moran and Glen Hoffman and quality of people they bring on board to make customers want continue to do business with this team. Excellent experience w/ Dan Sweeney, Assistant Service Mngr I had a battery replaced at Acton Toyota of Littleton, specifically June 22, 2016. I had an excellent experience at this dealership, the service depar I had a battery replaced at Acton Toyota of Littleton, specifically June 22, 2016. I had an excellent experience at this dealership, the service department, in which Dan Sweeney [assistant service manager] was the service advisor. This is the third time that I’m having the battery replaced with Toyota TruStart Battery. I added that part to highlight how well Acton Toyota handled the situation versus another dealership. On June 21, 2016 my car died and I had the car jumped. On June 22, 2016 when the car failed to start again, I had it jumped and drove to Acton Toyota of Littleton. I arrived at 6am, 1-hour before they opened but the service department valets took my car and offered me a seat in the waiting area, which was extremely kind of them. They probably won't ever forget me because I accidentally set the alarm off when I went through the service area because I was confused - I thought that they were open. The valets stated that they don’t open until 7am, and when I put my name into their service computer database, Mr. Sweeney approached me immediately, stating that he can get the ticket started but that the car wouldn’t be serviced until they opened. When I mentioned to him that a service guy stated that he wanted to do the battery job, he stated professionally that the particular person who offered was not a certified technician and that the service on the car needed a certified technician due to two other issues in addition to the battery. The service was completed within a reasonable amount of time and Mr. Sweeney was professional and very communicative about the issues with the car, as well as giving informative information about the battery and the oil consumption test. I will have to go back to have them re-test the oil change consumption because I went too early. More

The guy who was helping me was excellent but there was this xxxxxx in the back screaming profanities so loud, I heard every disgusting word about his latest and I am guessing, few dates. I found out he was one of the managers. Seriously? Is this the way you run the place? Going someplace else from now on. More

I can't recommend Acton Toyota service any longer as I have in the past. Be sure that you inspect your used car in every detail before buying it. It appears that the high quality service Acton Toyota has been known for has slipped down a couple of notches. I have been doing business with Acton Toyota for the last several years and I have purchased or leased 3 cars through their dealership. I kept coming back because of the service personnel. Unfortunately, I have had two bad experiences in the last year. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Highlander just over a year ago. There were a number of minor problems that should have been corrected prior to sale that I had to bring back to them. Most significantly, the tires on the car supposedly passed inspection but when I purchased my new snow tires a month after buying the car, they found the existing tires were not salvageable and had to be trashed, something that should not have happened with a Certified Pre-owned car. I worked with the dealership, driving back from NY State where I had moved with the tires in the back of the car. I worked with Ryan who initially told me that it was not their problem and then with Stan who agreed it was the dealerships oversight but was very reluctant to pay for the tires. We negotiated and, on the basis of several years of positive experiences, I only requested that they pay for 2 of the 4 new tires. My mistake. I moved back to the area this year and brought the car in for a routine service one week ago that included rotating the tires. No problems noted. I went back this week deciding to put the snow tires on before a trip to Vermont and was told that the tires showed uneven wear and that an alignment was needed. When I spoke with the service agent, Ryan, the same one who was problematic a year ago, he had no explanation for how the wear pattern was missed a week ago, nor why the wear pattern on the tire matched the alignment report even though the tires had been rotated a week ago. Ryan showed the same poor attitude towards my concerns so I requested that he speak with a supervisor and get back to me. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from a supervisor and not from Ryan. And it was Stan, the same smooth talking supervisor I had dealt with a few months prior, who pretended not to understand the issues, making me repeat the story and then still offering no satisfactory explanation except that the prior technician missed it. He made no apology for Ryan's attitude, and repeatedly blamed the tech, a low class move in my book (blame the guy who can't defend himself). Needless to say, I cannot recommend Acton Toyota as I used to do. If you buy, watch out for the details and if you get service, keep an eye on the tires! And be sure that you avoid Ryan and Stan if you are having any concerns More
Acton Toyota-Broken Trust with Customer I would like to share my experience today. Have a new 2016 Toyota vehicle that shakes, has a vibration thru the gas pedal, steering wheel, floorboards I would like to share my experience today. Have a new 2016 Toyota vehicle that shakes, has a vibration thru the gas pedal, steering wheel, floorboards, and console. I took it to get it looked at, had a technician ride with me so he could experience the same. During the ride, the vehicle was vibrating/buzzing as the transmission went thru the gears and the solidly vibrated on highway at a constant RPM. Not intermittent at all, very pronounced. Later they called back, said the vehicle was ready and that intense vibration was normal? It has less than 400 miles and has increased as we have put more mileage on it. It is my opinion that there is a certain amount of dishonesty to be able to tell the customer that there nothing wrong with a new vehicle that shakes?! Acton Toyota has just set a new standard with its customers for Toyota vehicles, deep pronounced vibrations in our new Toyota vehicles are just fine. That is the standard of quality a customer can expect in from a Toyota vehicle in 2015. I only ask that the service personnel and management, stop and think, look at the situation from the customers perspective. They need to understand the financial commitment on the part of the customer, who should expect a reliable vehicle and honest service from Acton Toyota. Would they like their brand new vehicle to have a deep and intrusive vibration for the life of the vehicle and then get told its normal, its just something you have to live with? Disappointing, loyalty lost. We been purchasing Toyota's for many years, it will be our last based off the actions of today by Acton Toyota's service personnel. More
