yeah? well I dd come back and guess what? It was even worse the next time. Lots of the employees were walking around without effective face masks (bandanas, nose out etc). All the customers in the waiting area had proper masks. I sent a note to the GM about it and he replied immediately that he would address it. Sorry, it's not baseball, no third strike.

We established clear policies and guidelines at the beginning of the pandemic that have evolved based on state and CDC recommendations, which most definitely includes mask wearing at all times for our employees.
