All the service staff I met were wearing protective masks and they guided me through my service and payment process quickly and efficiently. I have had service performed there since 2015 and have always had a great experience even during this tough period for the country. The staff were friendly and i felt comfortable and safe during my service appointment. Will continue to have service performed there. More
Poor service experience due to overbooking I had a 45 minute drive to the dealership for a 1:15PM appointment today. i arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and my appointment time was no I had a 45 minute drive to the dealership for a 1:15PM appointment today. i arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and my appointment time was not honored. Nobody would even talk to me for over 30 minutes. This is when I spoke to the manager. i was forced to reschedule my appointment, because I would have needed to wait additional time, before they would even begin to service my car. The new check-in system is horrible. It caused me to waste an entire afternoon in winter driving conditions. More
