Our service agent , Chris, and the team of mechanics went out of their way to accommodate our request to replace two car batteries in a totally contactless way, letting us stay in our cars! It was greatly ap out of their way to accommodate our request to replace two car batteries in a totally contactless way, letting us stay in our cars! Also when they didn’t have the right battery that would fit the Hyundai, they quickly ordered It and we were done within an hour! More

Cassandra was great - excellent customer service skills - however, remaining team seems very disenchanted.... There is a definite shift in mood & experience (and no - it's not Covid-related)... I did not experience a staff that enjoy their jobs or employer. Sad to say it - but after seven years - I'm looking for a new dealer. Should have been 1/3 the cost. More

I planned to replace the broken plastic holder underneath the 2010 Camry car because I see it was bent down toward ground which generates friction noise, but the service manager told me technician managed to the 2010 Camry car because I see it was bent down toward ground which generates friction noise, but the service manager told me technician managed to fix the plastic holder bent down issue without charging me a penny. I feel very glad. It seems acton Toyota in litton is honest. I will for sure keep maintaining here with my 11 year old camry More
