I messed up both my appointment day and how big a service it was (90,000 miles is not just an oil change, whoops). When I showed up at 7:30 am (on the wrong day) Acton Toyota was still able to take our car it was (90,000 miles is not just an oil change, whoops). When I showed up at 7:30 am (on the wrong day) Acton Toyota was still able to take our car, gave me a loaner for the day so I didn't have to spend the day waiting around, kept me up to date with other issues they found during the service and told me the cost to fix.
