Everything I asked for was done and on time and just the way I wanted . Also, the headlight issue that I brought up was solved very efficiently and effectively and with a great price! The service team helped me find the right maintenance package that would include all the services I needed for the best p service interval (120,000). I appreciated that some services were included such as cleaning the battery terminals - for which another dealership wanted to charge an extra $50. They provided a complimentary loaner as well. Brent was great and made the process easy. The only comment I would note for improvement is the check out process at the rental desk. There was only one rental specialist working so it took about 15 minutes to get a rental where usually one is prepared upon arrival. Would definitely return for future service. More
