We just had our sienna serviced. Neil Schwartz went above and beyond to track us down to let us know there are a few issues that need to be resolved. We got there just as neil was putting on his coat to go home. and he sat back down and explained everything and allowed us to pay at his station I kept apologizing and he said it was absolutely no problem he was there for the customer even though I knew he could’ve left 20 minutes before A++++. I've been dealing with Acton Toyota since they were still in Acton. My current Prius was bough elsewhere as Costco limits your dealer choice for purchase, but I continue to service it at Acton. My link to Acton Toyota so far has been entirely through the service department and almost exclusively with Eric Moeller who has always done everything anyone could expect by way of guiding me to service ou the service department and almost exclusively with Eric Moeller who has always done everything anyone could expect by way of guiding me to service our two Toyota cars in just the right way. There's nothing very complicated to it. I bring our cars (one Corolla, one Prius V) in when they need service, and he takes care to have done the things needed to keep the cars in good shape. Of course I don't myself deal directly with the technicians who do the actual work, but needless to say they invariably do a thorough, conscientious job. More
