They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They say that problems with cars are fixed, and don't bother to check that they actually are. They refuse to answer phone calls. They refuse to perform services that they say they will. I had a situation where all of a sudden when the car window was rolled down, the door wouldn’t close. We somehow got it to close by rolling the window up. The door also wouldn’t lock from the outside, so you had to manually lock it from the inside. I made an appointment to get it fixed. They made me wait two hours and told me it was fixed, that some wires were just plugged into the wrong spots. This makes no sense as I have had the car for 10 years, no one has worked on the door, and I had not had issues prior to this. I went to check it while I was still there and the problem wasn’t fixed, even though they told me it was. They told me that they wouldn’t be able to get it done that day because all the techs had left, but they promised it the next morning. I got all the way back home and as soon as we pulled into the driveway, they said, oh we fixed it, come back and get it. They said at the time a clip came off and they just had to replace it. Went back to get it, and noticed that the insulation on the window of the door that wasn’t working was now loose and not in its place and the door frame was scratched. Also the child safety lock was stuck and that it had to be opened from the outside. In speaking with other mechanics, all of them said that it was likely an actuator issue, rather than a wiring or clip issue. Since then I have a detailed record of how many times I have had to call to get it fixed. First call was on 7/12, I had to call about 6 times. to get them to schedule me. So now we are three months from the initial visit, and nothing has been fixed. They are telling me that there is an actuator issue with the door and that they will not fix it. They are telling me it is not their fault that the tech did not know about the actuator issue, and they did not do any damage to it causing it to malfunction. I find this very hard to believe considering the external damage to the car. The service manager, Doug Harrington, is refusing to speak with me on the phone. You tell me, would you like to be ignored by people, charged for no work, and have your time wasted? If so, this location is great. If you are looking for quality work where people take ownership and pride in their work, this is certainly not the place. More

We have bought two Highlanders from here. The second was in the middle of the COVID pandemic. We had heard great things about them and I have seen nothing to contest that. I discovered our 2021 Highland had a factory defect of a misaligned lift gate. Snow from a blizzard was able to get through the seal, as could sunlight. This was a very subtle defect that even I did not notice for 9 months and was not at all the fault of this dealership. I brought it in and was not even sure myself if the issue was valid, but they quickly agreed there was a problem and agressively set out to solve it. They first tried replacing the spring struts and hinges. That did not resolve it. Then they went all the way to replacing the entire lift gate and working to get the alignment perfect. They even ran water over it for an extended period of time to be sure it was right. Yes, it took over two weeks to resolve, but they did not rush it but did what was right to get the right parts with no shortcuts. During this time we we given the use of a loaner vehicle without the need to even request it, and totally without charge. I know that such experiences do not always lead to the best outcomes or experience with a dealer or service department, but we are very impressed and could not be more pleased with the outcome! More
