We have bought our last two cars from Steve Jensen at Acton Toyota. Steve is knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. Up until we bought our first car from Steve, I've never had a good car buying exper Acton Toyota. Steve is knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. Up until we bought our first car from Steve, I've never had a good car buying experience. We appreciate his patience and helpfulness throughout the process. The salesperson was very upfront with us about the lack of cars. I would not have bothered going to the dealership if I had known that they didn’t have what I was looking for even though their (and all ot of cars. I would not have bothered going to the dealership if I had known that they didn’t have what I was looking for even though their (and all other dealerships) reflect they have the cars in their inventory. If it has already been sold, take it off your site. And also the additional markup of around $5000 above MSRP. Misleading…. I am disappointed with all the dealerships representing that they have the car I want in stock and that I would be able to test drive when in fact, no dealers have the car I am looking for and won’t be able to get one for 6-12 months. They are requiring a hefty deposit between $500-$2000 to even get on a list for the car. More
