This was the EASIEST car sale process I have ever been a part of. Brian my sales rep was amazing. Super easy to talk to and had a dense knowledge about the car, I purchased. Please don’t go to Acton Toyota at Littleton because I gave my Toyota Highlander for alignment but while taking the car, I see there are other warnings sign like collision detection, traction control, Par gave my Toyota Highlander for alignment but while taking the car, I see there are other warnings sign like collision detection, traction control, Parking assist and lane control warnings. I question the service advisor and manager. They responded we didn’t do anything. If they don’t do anything why i am seeing warnings. I have Toyota live connect, I shown the email I got from Toyota connect system as well. But they didn’t acknowledge they fault then I gave the car for diagnostic. They kept the car for 3 days and told me your car computer is acting weird. So I took the car and gave in Bernardi Toyota Framingham for diagnostic within 4 hr, they told the cause of the warning because there is a hit on passengers right corner. It was happen at Acton Toyota. I went to Acton Toyota to ask them. They gave same answer we didn’t do anything we did only alignment. I raised a concern to Toyota as well. They said it third party service center we can’t do anything. Then I have to spend money from pocket for repair. Please be careful with Acton Toyota at Littleton More

The primary sales associate Oren Goldstein, who I worked with was friendly, responsive, competent, and low pressure. A car of the model, color and options that I wanted was found for me fairly quickly compa with was friendly, responsive, competent, and low pressure. A car of the model, color and options that I wanted was found for me fairly quickly compared to market supply. The facility was mostly clean and well organized. The dealership location is relatively convenient for me to get to. The trade in process for my old vehicle was convenient but I felt the car was with more than I was given. Cons: I did not like paying a market adjustment on top of the MSRP and that is wholly the decision of the dealership, not the manufacturer. I do feel like all of the Toyota dealers are unnecessarily taking advantage of the customers because of the current limitations in new car supplies on the market. I place this dissatisfaction on the owners and Managment at the dealership. The final sales/financing associate Brendan, was friendly as well but was clearly trying to get me to buy more services than what I had already paid at the final signing. I found it strange that the dealership was also trying to sell me auto insurance even through I said I didn’t want it. The auto registration process was slower than expected due to delays with the administrative process that caused me to make an extra trip to the dealer. The inspection machines in the service department were down when I came for registration. This also caused me to make another trip to the dealer/service area to get my inspection done within the state required 7 day window. Overall the buying experience was a good experience in spite of the cons listed. More
