Ben tracked down the color for us and kept us posted about his progress the whole time. We purchased the car the next day. Ben was very friendlly, easy going and a true pleasure to deal with! They were friendly, easy to deal with and in general, it was a pleasant experience. The only problems I experienced were the long wait for the car (16 weeks) and the price of the car which I think was too was a pleasant experience. Neither of of these problems were the fault of the dealership but rather the fault of Toyota. I would recommend the dealership but before I would recommend Toyota I would make sure that the problems of time and price were well understood. More

This dealership's internet operations and how they work with customers could be a model - for other Toyota dealerships and for other car companies too. We had just come off of an unsuccessful, and ter with customers could be a model - for other Toyota dealerships and for other car companies too. We had just come off of an unsuccessful, and terrible buying experience at a different Toyota dealership (in Dover, NH). There, we experienced the "typical" dealership behaviors of not returning calls as promised, failing to do what they said they'd do, being very rude to us, increasing the previously "agreed" upon price of the car when we went to pick it up, etc. What to do? We walked out of that dealership disgusted and went looking for another dealer. We looked on-line and found the Acton Toyota's Internet Sales Division. What a Pleasure! First, there was the excellent price quote, in writing. Then they obtained the desired car (with specified ext. and int. colors) in about two weeks, not the 6-8 weeks as other dealerships claimed was the minimum time. Going down to meet Wellington (salesperson) and do the paperwork was a breeze. No change in price, no attempts to sell extras, rather, just frienldy, smooth sailing. The only issue was how to get the car to New Hampshire? Wellington stepped up to the plate and offered free delivery service at a mutually arranged day and time. What more could a person want? Overall, just a great buying experience. (We even had a really good dinner at the local restaurant that was recommended to us!) Obviously, we were very, very pleased with the buying experience and strongly recommend Acton Toyota's Internet Division's buying experience. Kudos to Wellington! - Jeff More
In purchasing a 2006 Highlander, I contacted several local dealers. After talking with several sales agents via phone, I selected Acton Toyota due to their professionalism and customer focused attitude. local dealers. Other area dealerships were more interested in playing "games", including price quotes with unattainable incentives (such as the College Grad incentive, which has a limited audience). Justin at Acton Toyota was completely different, and this seems to be true for everyone that I met at the dealership. They are primarily interested in satisfying the customer, not making the sale. Their honest, open approach to the process made it completely painless. I would recommend Acton Toyota and www.actontoyota.com to anyone looking for an honest car-buying experience. More
Initial contact over internet was great, showed up at dealership and was helped immediately, took only 30 minutes to finalize deal. Salesperson was great. Then the experience took a nosedive. Meanwhile other customers also waiting for a finance person were handled by someone else. Four days later, when I went to pick up the car, I had to WAIT again. When the car was finally driven up, I immediately noticed three fairly large scratches and paint chips, one on each front door, and another one on the back bumper. None of these were there days ago when we looked at the car. After more waiting, where they said they were fixing the scratches, It was returned and I was informed I would have to come back and get them fixed. Also, in the four days since the deal was made and I took delivery, they did not have the time to even get an inspection sticker. The next day, my fiance took the day off from work and arrived at 9am, as instructed by the dealership. After two hours of waiting (plus the 40 minute drive each way to the dealership), she was told that the car was still not inspected, and that two of the three scratches were not able to be fixed because they were too deep and the person who needed to fix them was not there today. She left and got the inspection elsewhere. The next day, today, she again took work off and drove the 40 minutes to the dealership at 9am, I just heard from her at noon and she is STILL there, WAITING. My initial experience, while fine, has been overshadowed by the horrible experience after the sale. They have done absolutely nothing to make me happy. A respectable dealer would have refused to deliver the car damaged, provided a loaner and called when it was ready to be picked up. At no time did they offer this. I went to this dealer because they were a few hundred cheaper, I guess you get what you pay for. More
My family bought two cars, a Camry and Highlander within one month. Sales experience was good, very easy to do business with them.
