Just bought my new 2006 4Runner from ActonToyota.com (separate building, next to Acton Toyota main dealership). This is my second time buying from Acton Toyota through their Internet Sales. The document fees were among the lowest too. Ken was very friendly, honest, helpful and thorough both while making the deal and at the truck's delivery. It took about 3 hours to close the deal from the moment we arrived, including a one hour test drive. (We decided that we liked the truck, and took liberty to drive it in different modes in case something would pop up). We signed the deal around 5 PM on Friday and we took delivery the following Monday after work. When I was looking for a Toyota Camry LE, I went thru the website and e-mailed about 20 dealers. All of the dealers that I was e-mailing no one would give me the bottom line price of a brand new Camry LE ex website and e-mailed about 20 dealers. When I told the told the dealers that I wanted the price they wanted me to come in and look and they would talk to me then. Since I am a female, I did not want the hassle of being pushed to purchase the car from them. Mike was very nice and gave me no hassles and told me the best price I could ever hope for. The overall experience was great. Ken could not do enough for us. The dealership was behide when it came to delivering the vehicle.
