We purchased our 2007 Corrolla through Acton Toyota's Internet Sales office. We visited the office and spoke with Andrew who found us several vehicles with the package we wanted and who showed us that we could do even better on a new 2007, if we could wait a few weeks. I bought my new car from Acton Toyota.com to eliminate much of the B.S. that is traditionally associated with car sales. From my first contcat to the drive away there was absolutely no hassle. Their initial price to me was too good to even begin to negotiate. Their salesperson responded to every request and question in a professional and positive manner. The salesmanager was as positive and helpful as the salesperson. Every action from either, or any of the other sales staff indicated to me that here,at this dealership, they all believe that ; the customer is the reason for their existence. They seem to be a dealership that truly cherishes their customers . For the first time in too many transactions to mention, I have been made into a true believer. Their business model would seem to go beyond simply taking the hassle out of traditional car sales. They actually value their customers and their own good name. This company has established a great, internet model business. For me, almost the entire transaction took place via E-mail. I highly recomment this dealership and their internet sales team. More

I rated this dealership with a 5 for pricing because I believe that I got an excellent deal for my money. I rated friendliness with a 3 because one of the reps was friendly and one was not. First, I was disappointed that options of the vehicle were not covered with me in advance especially since the car was not built when I bought it and it would have been easy for Toyota to add on Keyless Entry to the vehicle if I had known it did not come with it. It was offered to me after delivery but it's kind of late at that time. Since the vehicle was not built, i think it would have been in Toyota's and my best interests to offer options such as this one. Second, I had to come back 3 times to the dealership before I could pick up my car. I expected to take the car home on the second visit since it was ready. All it needed was registration and insurance. My insurance company was ready to receive a fax from Toyota on Friday but they didn't do it until Monday. i had to drive back and forth again which costs a lot in gas considering i live 45 minutes away. Last time I bought a brand new car from another dealer, i was able to drive it home the same day because it was in stock and the dealer took care of everything. i rated customer service with a 4 because i think friendliness is part of customer service and i already commented on that. Overall experience is 3 because it is pretty average for a dealership. Not great but not terrible either. More
I found Acton Toyota on this site and contacted them based on their high rating. Over the course of a few weeks, corresponding with Peter via e-mail about my wife and my total inability to decide what c based on their high rating. Over the course of a few weeks, corresponding with Peter via e-mail about my wife and my total inability to decide what car we wanted (we started off with a Prius and ended up with a Sienna--how's that for salesmanship?), he was very helpful, accomodating and he had a good sense of humor. He even pretended my jokes were funny. Big points for that. We drove all the way from Boston (45 minutes) to Acton. On the way, we stopped at a Honda dealership to check out an Odessey. Great car, but the experience was way too stereotypical: dancing around pricing, bad-mouthing the Sienna, pressure to buy today. The price that Peter quoted was excellent. I did my homework and knew that this was a no-haggle deal... even though we ended up upgrading our original model; hey, those power side doors are too cool to pass up. I just sit on the stoop at night opening and closing them for hours. Anyway, the service was polite, friendly, totally non-condescending. There was almost no BS, the coffee was drinkable (mmmmm.... Flavia...), and even though I had to wait a few minutes longer than I would have liked a few times (two screaming babies make Al impatient), this was a great experience. I liked that I already knew Peter before I met him and that we got a lot of the sales stuff out of the way already. You buy here! More

I did everything with Peter over the Internet and was able to visit the dealer only once - th paperwork, overall this was a great buying experience. I did everything with Peter over the Internet and was able to visit the dealer only once - the day I picked up and paid for the Prius. By accident, Peter quoted me a price without the Z1 package (floor matts, first aid kit) but, rather than trying to sneak it into the bottom line, was true to his word and gave it to me at no cost (an $80+ value). The price for the vehicle was competitive and I got the car and color I wanted. Very satisfying experience! More
