When it came time to replace our older car - a VW Passat, I went to Peter, who put me very comfortably into a new Camry LE. The buying experience was very professional and I really could not have asked anything more. I was able to order my new car exactly the way I wanted with every option. The delivery was great, and we have been enjoying the new car now for a couple of weeks. There are a few Toyota dealers between my home and Acton (which is 25 miles away) by I still chose to deal with Acton Toyota. More

After several weeks I was ready to make a purchase but had decided not to get the hybrid. I visited or contacted two other Toyota dealers from whom we had purchased Camrys in the past. Then I called Justin for a price for a Camry LE with a sunroof. He gave me a price that was the best of the prices I had been quoted. We discussed when a car matching what I wanted would be available. He found one and gave me a date range when it would be delivered. We concluded the deal by phone and fax since we live about 16 miles from the showroom. He called in a few weeks to let us know more precisely when the car would arrive. Then he called to let us know that it was in and we made arrangements to come into the showroom and pay the balance for the car and pick it up. Justin was very helpful in working out the details of what would be needed to pick up the car. Justin and others we met with when we picked the car up were very friendly and easy to deal with, encouraging questions and providing answers. The entire experience is the best and easiest we've had buying a car. We also love the car! More
Ben Koller is the most outstanding salesperson I've ever dealt with in all my years of buying cars. He helped my mom purchase a Toyota Sienna that needed to be fitted with handicap equipment after the sale, dealt with in all my years of buying cars. He helped my mom purchase a Toyota Sienna that needed to be fitted with handicap equipment after the sale, due to my mom's MS. He not only gave my mom a great price, but he went above and beyond in helping us deal with the handicap mobility shop that installed the equipment, even though he didn't benefit from any of these dealings after the sale. He is the most honest and respectable salesperson I have ever met and I will continue to buy all my future cars from him and Acton Toyota going forward. Ben has earned Acton Toyota a lifelong customer. I will recommend Ben and Acton Toyota to anyone. More

No hassle, no pressure, excellent prices, and honest business etiquette listening and delivering on what I needed. Peter provided outstanding service from the initial contact between he and I, through the entire planning process, email details and price quoting and question/answer sessions back and forth online, then in person, face to face through the end purchase of my new vehicle from ActonToyota.com dealership. Just as amazing was Ken Hsu's equally outstanding service and excellent business sense to assist me as a customer in need, while knowing that I was Peter's customer. Ken covered my needs in person at the dealership as I arrived at a different timeframe when Peter was not working instead of pushing me off to a time when Peter was available. Ken also walked me through the full dealership and inventory to help me, going above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. Top notch, plain and simple. Now, one more thing - the Acton Toyota main dealership was awesome as well, actually providing me an opportunity to see a truck like the one I would soon purchase at an offsite location prior to its delivery to another customer! How many dealers do you know would go that extra mile for a potential customer? None is the answer to that one. Matt Lamoureux's followup and availability to help is awesome as well, as is Peter's. (Note, I had no contact with the regular dealership so I can't comment on them...the internet department is a totally separate department in a building down the street). David was my contact person and I bought a 2006 Sienna through him last week. I am very pleased with both the vehicle and with my purchasing experience (how many people can say THAT?). I had done my research (edmunds.com followed by test driving several models at a local dealer) and knew which vehicle and which options I wanted. Now it was time to purchase. I did not want to go through the traditional haggle and frustration associated with buying a car so I decided to try the internet approach. I emailed all the dealers I could find within a 75 mile radius. The majority wrote back with the old "We've got what you're looking for. Why don't you come in so we can go for a spin." No thanks. That's why I'm trying to purchase on the internet--to avoid the hard-sell BS. I want a simple price quote and some decent customer service. A handful of dealers wrote me back with a price quote and ActonToyota.com was very competitive (I must mention here that it was not the absolute lowest -- another dealer would knock a little bit more off the price if I was willing to wait 6 weeks...I didn't want to wait). David was very personable, responsive to my millions of questions about nitty gritty details and all-around great. He definitely earned my business. He was upfront about why their price was so competitive -- in order to recruit customers who might not otherwise visit their dealership because it's out of their area. He was very clear about the different costs, and what was and was not included in the price. He was helpful in figuring out rebates and other incentives. I decided I liked David, ActonToyota.com, and their business model, so I went ahead to make the purchase through them. They didn't have the vehicle in stock, so I had to wait a few days. David was great about keeping me up to date and let me know as soon as my van arrived. I only had to go to the dealership once, and everyone was great about staying late on a Sunday evening (!) to make sure the deal was done to our satisfaction. When there was a discrepancy in the paperwork everyone was extremely responsive to fixing it to match the prices from our previous email communications. Since the car had only just arrived on the lot it wasn't ready for us to drive home that day, so they arranged to have all the paperwork completed and a driver brought it down to our house (out-of-state) a few days later. I'm now driving it around town and as I said before I'm happy with my van AND with my experience. To sum up: very personable and responsive salesperson, very competitive pricing, no haggles or BS usually associated with buying a car. Fantastic internet car buying experience. If I could have given ActonToyota.com more than 5 stars I would have. I would recommend this dealer to any and all friends and family members. Do your research (online and through a local dealer) then buy through these guys.
