I have purchased three new Toyotas (2 Corollas and 1 Camry) from Acton Toyota. My son has purchased two (1 highlander and 1 four runner). Their service department is very trustworthy and is first rate. They simply do excellent work, do only what is needed and do not tack on any "extras." Their service department is more than competitive with any other auto shop in the area. They also service my 2002 Honda Civic with no complaint. I am very happy with Acton Toyota. More
I went through the Internet Sales division. My original request was very specific, a Camry CE with traction control and stability control. Norm Wagner said that that vehicle didn't exist, yet a New Hampsh request was very specific, a Camry CE with traction control and stability control. Norm Wagner said that that vehicle didn't exist, yet a New Hampshire dealership and Acton both said that they could order one. However, since it was an unusual request (not sure why), the CE would have been almost the same price as the LE, so I ended up going with the LE. Acton Toyota quoted me the lowest price of the 3 dealers that I called, so I went with them. I dealt with Ken Hsu, who was very professional and courteous. The transaction went very smoothly, and the car arrived in the delivery range that they promised. I had specified that the car not have any dealer advertisements affixed, and the car arrived as specified. The only hiccup is that we picked up the car at night, and no one noticed that the front passenger hubcap was missing. Additionally, some paperwork for trading in my vehicle was placed in the wrong car (again, probably due to picking up the car at night, which is something one should avoid). So things can go wrong anywhere, but the question is how does the dealer handle the mistake? Ken Hsu handled the situation very professionally, and made sure I got the replacement hubcap, no questions asked. He also worked on his day off to expediate the registration process, which was very kind of him. His follow-up was excellent. I gave Acton Toyota a "4" on pricing because they gave me $1,200 for my 1995 Corolla, with 120,000 miles on it. The car I felt was in excellent shape, and felt I would get more in trade than what they gave me. Originally, they said that $800 or $1,000 would be more fair, but I still have a feeling that they made more off the trade-in than they did selling me the car. I realize of course I could have sold the car myself and got more money. Overall, my experience was very positive, especially when compared to Norm Wagoner. Doug W. More

The trade-in was a little underpriced but they took care of returning the plates, some issues with the title, etc. for me which was extremely convenient. The only downside in the whole transaction was the bit of a hard sell on the extended warranty in the back office with another Toyota employee. More

He carefully described the car's features and obtained models for us to test drive. The "obligatory" discussion of extended warranty and other extras with the sales manager was presented in an informative but pressure-free manner. Follow-up calls and emails by various management personnel after delivery were welcoming and sincere as they invited any comments or concerns we might have. We are very happy with the vehicle and intend to bring it to Acton Toyota for scheduled maintenance. More
