Throughout my dealings with Ken and the staff at Acton Toyota I was waiting for the "gotcha", you know, the surprise that makes it stressful or not such a great deal. Well, it never came. I had a professional and stress-free transaction and was very pleased to buy a new Highlander Hybrid there. They had the best price around; it was a fair price both for me and for them as a dealer. I received a little less on my trade-in than I would have liked, but the overall transaction made up for it. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone who wants an honest dealer and a fair price. They made buying a car a business transaction, not a wheel-and-deal experience. More

My wife and I first met Wellington "on the phone" when I had randomly called Acton Toyota looking for a Prius. I was put in touch with Wellington by the operator as the sales person available at the time. I found him to be very friendly and easy to communicate with. I described to him the vehicle and options I was looking for and he called me back within 15 minutes (as he said he would) telling me about what he had available on the lot. He also offered to get a car from another dealer if we wanted some other features in the car that he did not have. The rest of our experience with Acton Toyota was very good. We ended up picking a different car than the one we had put on hold. We had scheduling difficulties in completing the paper work and to take delivery of the car. The business people at this dealer were very accommodating about this and worked with us on scheduling the signing of papers, etc. When we finally picked up the car, some 10 days later, Wellington had to stay late for us, but he was very patient. He gave us a very thorough overview of the car, its features, controls, maintenance schedule, etc. We had a great experience with the folks at Acton Toyota, especially Wellington, and we could recommend him and this dealership to prospective customers without any reservations. -Prakash and Jaya Joshi Andover, MA More

We didn't have a lot of time that afternoon, we were looking to trade in our vehicle and we really got a great trade in price in a very timely manner. These sales people worked together like I have never seen before. We would highly recommend this dealership and given that the Service Department is as accomodating and willing to work with the customer as the Sales Dept. was I know we will be back to purchase another Toyota in the future. This was my 6th purchase from Acton Toyota, and I was not disappointed with my choice. Working through the Internet Dept, I was provided answers to all of my questions quickly and in a pleasant manner, and e disappointed with my choice. I prefer purchasing a car from the Internet Dept (and this is my third experience with this group at this dealer). I was quoted a very fair price for my new Toyota Sienna, it was in stock, and I was also given a very good price on my trade-in. The best part to me is the low pressure - no negotiations and no pressure to purchase. This department has also grown significantly since I last used them for a car purchase, making the whole experience much easier and more pleasurable, with their own finance department and manager. I was even able to test the capacity of the car before purchasing. My one criteria for buying the van was to be able to fit our tandem bicycle (at 8 feet long) into the van. My husband brought the tandem over and Dave helped us to ensure that it would fit inside. I'm sure that it seemed strange, but he was happy to accomodate us to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.
