His price was not the absolute lowest price quoted to me but the overall deal, including trade-in, was the best available. Andrew was very responsive and detailed in his email interactions with me. The car was at the dealership exactly when he said it would be available and it was ready for me when I came in. There was a very minor issue with the car when it was delievered and the team there worked with me to try different approaches to solve the problem. They found a solution that I was happy with. More

After a very bad experience w/ another local Toyota dealership, I had a very enjoyable experience. Ken was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and friendly regarding the used Sequoia I was there to dealership, I had a very enjoyable experience. We were looking like we might be too far apart, but Ken, along with Jeff, the used car manager, worked with me to find a way to finance the truck. I had outside financing and was not using Toyota finanacing but these guys found a way to work the deal so that I got the monthly payment I needed. I'd have to say that this was the best car buying experience I've had to date and I highly recommend these guys! More

My past experiences dealing with new car purchases has been very painful. I am amazed at how quick and easy it was to purchase from Acton Toyota. I used the internet to contact 4 area dealerships. He was patient as we evaluated the new Sienna in person and again when ours arrived. I bought a new 2007 Sienna. I traded in my 1997 Camry and received Kelly blue book value. I bought a new 2005 Highlander from Acton Toyota 2 years ago for my wife with minimal hassle. My recent experience was even easier. I was very suspicious that this was too easy but the gotcha never came and everything checked out OK. More

I had heard from a friend that had since moved to the west coast that she had bought all her Toyotas at Acton Toyota and recommend I give it one last shot with them. Acton Sure did Shine! They gave me the best deal I had received so far and I did the deal on the internet. It took a few emails with Peter and we arranged a time to meet and sign the deal. I ordered my car and took delivery in December just before Christmas, my experience was outstanding with a knowledgable no bull sales person who really cared and was fair and honest and upfront. I now recommend that anyone that wants to buy see Peter. It was a pleasure to buy from this dealer. More
