Overall I was happy w/ the delivery of my vehicle, but the process to get there was a little awkward. They had no inventory in the vehicle that I was looking for, and it took a long time in the sales pro the process to get there was a little awkward. They had no inventory in the vehicle that I was looking for, and it took a long time in the sales process to get them to actually show the specifications for vehicles that they could get from other dealers. Also I didn't get the feeling that my salesman was very familiar with the vehicle that I was purchasing. He struggled to answer questions when we had the final walk thru when I picked up my vehicle. Finally the communication was pretty awful. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle I was told they would call me back on a Monday to tell me if the were able to aquire it from another dealer. I did not hear back until wednesday after leaving 2 phone messages. If you're out of the office on vacation or a day off your voicemail should refer to somebody else that can help. Also there was zero communication about the approval or disapproval of the financing. I had to call the dealer several times to find out if the financing had gone thru and to get the final numbers for the check that needed to be brought on "pickup day". More

Bob Rabb is the salesperson that I was assigned and introduced to. He was very personable and answered my questions in an honest and professional manner. He was not overbearing or pushy. Why would anyone purchase a Toyota from ANY other dealership in this area? I requested price quotes one evening for a Camry using www.toyota.com from 3 local dealerships. Acton Toyota sent me a dealership in this area? I requested price quotes one evening for a Camry using www.toyota.com from 3 local dealerships. Acton Toyota sent me a quote the next morning that was so low, I actually ended up asking for another quote for an Avalon, and I ended up buying the Avalon instead! The dealership visit was extremely low-pressure and easy going. I liked the fact that the sales guys worked as a TEAM, because when one was busy multi-tasking, I was taken care of by someone else. These guys KNOW how to treat their customers with respect and courtesy. By far, this was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. The only downside in the whole process was waiting at the dealership for the cars to brought from a remote lot for the test drives. But the upside to that was that they had a great inventory to choose from... so big, in fact, that they could not house them all right there. In all, a near-perfect car-buying experience for me. More

I only wish that Ben would have had some objective, outside statistics or accounts of the effectiveness of the Guidepoint stolen vehicle locator service. I was unable to decide whether to purchase that service. More
We are very happy with the process of buying our 2007 Prius from this dealership's "Internet Store". We began to research the model we wanted and the price we wanted to pay about three months before we Prius from this dealership's "Internet Store". We began to research the model we wanted and the price we wanted to pay about three months before we actually bought. We corresponded over the Internet with four or five dealers in the Boston area. Andrew Snyder was the most responsive salesman from the beginning, answering all of our questions. Having researched the model we wanted over the main Toyota web site, we told each dealer what we wanted and asked for a quote. We also approached a Toyota dealer that is 5 minutes from where we live, for a comparison experience. They jerked us around on prices and insisted we had to buy extras we didn't want or need, like a Lo-Jack system. We ended up going to Acton Toyota and sealing the deal with Andrew Snyder. The financial manager, Ben Koller, is also a very pleasant and courteous person. Buying from this dealer was a stress free experience, and we left with happy smiles on our faces. More
My first new car, a Corolla CE, bought thru the internet department. Overall a pleasant and relaxed experience. I dealt with about five different sales staff, all were equally helpful, and I didn't get the sense they were competing for commissions. Wellington was very helpful upon setting me up in the car and explaining it's features. In fact, they all seemed to actually enjoy the process (not just eager for the sale) My only minor negative comment is that the financing guy was a little pushy, and talked me into a Extended Warrenty that I am still not sure about. (he did give me a price break on it). My thinking was, I'm buying a Toyota because of it's reliability rating. Do I really need additional warrenty coverage? My other comment is not really related to this dealer, but on reseach at Cars at Yahoo, the Corolla had a lot of negative comments regarding the stated mileage (41 hwy) and actual users mileage, and comments questioning whether Toyota is still maintaining its quality standards. Only had the car one day...but will be checking my mileage closely. More

Asked 4 dealerships for price quotes, 2 would only deal in person, one gave me no response and Acton immediately replied with no nonsense pricing on all the configurations available with a price below Edmunds TMV and Dealer Invoice listing. Bob Raab was outstanding to deal with, Keith in the finance office actually went to my credit union and secured my financing for me saving me multiple trips. I had bought a Sienna last year on the "AutoMile" and left feeling ripped off after reviewing the numbers. I would recommend Acton Toyota (and have already) to anyone. More
