Best buying experience I've had by a long shot. After having less than favorable buying experiences in the past with other dealers I kept waiting for the bomb to drop. It never did. Eric and Ben were straight forward to deal with, both know their job well, executed well, but mostly I appreciated that they respected my positions on things I wanted and things I didn't. Being able to get the quote and handle all that over the internet is a hugh time saver for me. It is a half hour drive for me to the dealership but it was time well spent because I know that I was completing the deal. I still haven't heard back from the 1st dealer I talked to and I know for a fact they have 3 Highlanders on their lot exactly the same as the one I bought! Their loss. More
As we sought competitive bids for the 07 Prius that we wanted to buy, Acton Toyota.com responded quickly with the lowest bid. We had already researched dealer invoices on Edmunds and Consumer Reports, so wanted to buy, Acton Toyota.com responded quickly with the lowest bid. We had already researched dealer invoices on Edmunds and Consumer Reports, so we were able to recognize a good deal. The email response laid out not only the price but also listed every fee that we would be charged. The email response mentioned that the price quoted will not change at all. That was true. In the end, we saved ourselves hours of haggling over the price. Also, Eric Kates, the salesman, was very knowledgeable when we asked him about every control and buttons on the car. Our experience with a few other dealers was not good, when we tried to get competitive bid from them. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. More

Bought my vehicle via their internet sales department (Justin). Excellent experience, emails were responed to very quickly, everything was open and honest, worked out the whole deal prior to showing up (Justin). Overall I was happy w/ the delivery of my vehicle, but the process to get there was a little awkward. They had no inventory in the vehicle that I was looking for, and it took a long time in the sales pro the process to get there was a little awkward. They had no inventory in the vehicle that I was looking for, and it took a long time in the sales process to get them to actually show the specifications for vehicles that they could get from other dealers. Also I didn't get the feeling that my salesman was very familiar with the vehicle that I was purchasing. He struggled to answer questions when we had the final walk thru when I picked up my vehicle. Finally the communication was pretty awful. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle I was told they would call me back on a Monday to tell me if the were able to aquire it from another dealer. I did not hear back until wednesday after leaving 2 phone messages. If you're out of the office on vacation or a day off your voicemail should refer to somebody else that can help. Also there was zero communication about the approval or disapproval of the financing. I had to call the dealer several times to find out if the financing had gone thru and to get the final numbers for the check that needed to be brought on "pickup day". More
