I had done my homework on a new RAV4 (Edmunds, NADA, 2 dealer quotes, talking with owners of RAV4s, etc) before contacting Acton Toyota online sales. The test drive and showroom experience was a non pressure experience. The dealership was very busy since it was the last days of a sale. Took awhile to find the car I wanted to test drive. Bob gave me a price for the particular RAV4 I wanted, I told him what I would pay (below Edmunds TMV) and he agreed to it. Deal was done, no haggling, took 4 hrs total of which about 2 hours spent finding and test driving the car. More
I solicited a price quote online through Edmunds. Edmunds allows you to select up to 4 dealers at a time to request quotes from. I selected this dealership as well as 3 others. I received quotes and correspondence from the other dealerships correctly acknowledging my request and correctly providing me for quotes for the car I requested. Acton Toyota however, provided me quotes for the wrong car. I reiterated via email the car that i wanted. They gave me a few more quotes, one of which for the car I wanted. When i told them the price that they had to beat (determined by the quotes I had already received) they asked me for what type of car. They then provided me with a new quote for the same car that they originally quoted me for. Frustrated, I reexplained the car I wanted and that I didn't want quotes for any other car. They explained that my original quote request was for the wrong car. I explained that that was unlikely seeing I requested quotes from 4 dealers simultaneously and that the other 3 dealers seemed to get my quote info correct. They continued to "politely" argue. In any case, I was frustrated and annoyed by their continued inability to provide me with the information I requested. Then when confronted with their mistake, they attempted to explain or deny their mistake with no effort to resolve their own issues (I offered to send them copies of my correspondence with the other dealers to help them to debug their own internet quote generation process but they didn't want it). Lastly, when they finally did provide a quote for the car i wanted, it was more than $1000 over the other best quotes I had. When I asked if they wanted to try and beat the best quote I had received, they didn't bother responding. FYI, I was pleasantly civil throughout the whole experience. Based on my experience, there is no way I could recommend them. Maybe they are better in person, maybe not. More
It was my first time buying a new car. Fozi Hader made it a very easy experince for me. He was upfront with everything that I asked about. He explained everything in detail making sure that I understood all of the funtions of the new car. There were no surprises. The price he quoted over the internet ws what we paid. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Fozi Hader and the Acton Toyota Dealership to anyone who asks about our new Prius. More

Peter, Eric and Wellington all very professional, helpful and friendly. I picked up car Wednesday (my choice) and was in and out with the car in 1/2 hr. in 35 yrs of buying cars this experience was better than 98% of them. I would buy from Acton again. More

Great Experience! I had a used Dodge Interpred with 93K on it... After talking via the Internet, I went over last Friday to finally test drive a Prius. Yeah, gas is at $3/gallon, but I've been eyeing the c on it... After talking via the Internet, I went over last Friday to finally test drive a Prius. Yeah, gas is at $3/gallon, but I've been eyeing the car for about a year; the timing was not right financially. Well, aft I got a firm quote, I strolled out to Wagner, and got the typical run-around - Please, o please, I'll do a "great" deal for you if you promise to put down a deposit. Buzz off!. I went back to Acton Toyota, got a few hundred additional dollars for the Intreped, and now I'm a happy owner of a Prius. I can't beleive that we went from Boston to NY and back on 1 tank of gas with the AC on - Got 49Miles/gallon. Buying from Acton Toyota was the right decision!.... More
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Just bought a new Prius with a trade-in from Fozi Hader at Acton Toyota's online sale department (I was a walk-in and the main floor was too busy so they asked the on-line departme trade-in from Fozi Hader at Acton Toyota's online sale department (I was a walk-in and the main floor was too busy so they asked the on-line department to step in...lucky for me!). I have dealt with several dealerships and feel like a wounded fish entering a shark-tank everytime I go a dealership. I cannot say thank you enough to Fozi and the guy in the back (you know, when you think its all done, but really its tome for the other shark in the back to grill you for another hour or so to "finish some paperwork"). Fozi, and Ben (the gentleman who did the paperwork) were kind, friendly and made sure I bought and received what I needed. from the time I asked to see a car (I knew what I wanted) to the time I drove away in my new car I had spent no more than four hours doing all the things that must be done, all of which were pleasant and actually enjoyable...which it ought to be when you buy something new. Rather than feeling worn out and like I had just been mugged and robbed when I got home (like I was after buying the SUV I traded in), I was happy, excited and couldn't wait to share with my friends. I have heard that the sales folks at Acton are the most friendly and helpful in area. If Fozi and Ben are like the others, I believem it. If you go to Acton Toyota to look at any vehicle, ask for Fozi and be prepared for an enjoyable experience. More
A week earlier, I had gone to the dealership I bought my Sequoia in 2003. We went through the usual "car buying shuffle"...back and forth. When I quoted them a price I had from a dealership in Brockton they acted "horrified" that the dealer was selling my a car for over $2000 under invoice...the "shuffle" continued til I walked out of the dealership. Suddenly they were able to match his price. Something still didn't feel right about this deal and so I went home and went online that evening for some quotes. In less than 12 hours, I not only had an email response back from Eric, I also had a quote. The same quote the other dealer made me feel like they were throwing in a free kidney as well for. A day and a half later I was sitting with Justin and buying my car. Eric got tied up with another client and asked Justin to take care of me. They were both so friendly, polite and respectful. I never felt like they were taking advantage of me as I did at the other dealership. I told Justin and Eric how much I hated the whole car-buying experience and "would rather have surgery without anesthesia" than buy a car. That, of course is all different after working with Justin and Eric. They made this a wonderful experience! I could've driven the car home that day but wanted some options added. This was done quickly and efficiently and I was able to pick up my new car just five days later as promised. I told them I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others and would plan on returning to see them when my son needs a car in 3 years. I've had my Rav4 for just four days now and I just love it! I love my car and the experince at Acton Toyota was incredible!! More

I purchased a Prius Touring model at Acton Toyota. i received an internet quote. When I went in to finalize the deal, I was told tize the deal, i was told that a mistake had been made and the price quot received an internet quote. I was shown the inventory list and it was indeed true. To their credit, they stood by the email quoted price , even though it was below their dealer invoice. More
