As expected, the service was of excellent quality, prompt, and they repaired a broken tether and glued back the front rubber cushion professionally. We would highly recommend servicing your car here. The friendliness of the entire staff, the honesty, the straight forward approach and the relaxed atmosphere is a huge reason I would never choose another car dealership. Furthermore, Wellington, Eric and Ben over at the Internet Sales team could not have been more helpful. These three guys are great and I hope that the management over at Acton Toyota/Scion see this. Seriously, they were all extremely helpful and actually showed that they cared about me (the buyer!) Yes, you read the one correctly, a car dealership that actually cares! Too me, that approach is exactly what I am looking for in a car dealership. Forget the other dealerships in the area, Acton Toyota/Scion will continually get my repeat business, and anyone else I know who will listen. Thanks again guys! More

It's been 12 years since I purchased a car. I was so relieved with the on-line car quoting services for the ease of comparison shopping. Peter at Acton Toyota on-line responded immediately to my inquir relieved with the on-line car quoting services for the ease of comparison shopping. Peter at Acton Toyota on-line responded immediately to my inquiry with an incredibly polite email introducing himself. He then followed up with a polite phone call, while I was reading the email. (A pushy sales rep from another dealership had called, too.) A second email provided a quote for the vehicle I had requested and some optional quotes for my information. I was most impressed that they "quote real numbers so there will be no surprises" -- and they did just that, offering things before I even had a chance to ask or negotiate for them, including carpetted floor mats and destination/delivery charges. (A dealership that I had visited, Lexington Toyota, didn't offer anything, saying the cars sell themselves and they don't have to deal, and even outright said there was no promotional financing, while Acton offered the Toyota rebate or 0% financing options, which were available as I learned from the Toyota web site.) After a few more email exchanges (I couldn't believe how easy this was and how much lower their price was and I was encouraged by the good reviews at dealerrater) I brought the family to Acton Toyota for a test drive. Peter wasn't available the day I could come in, so Bob Rabb worked with us. The car was ready and waiting for us. Bob let us drive the car without him so we could have a very candid conversation about it. Here's where Acton Toyota totally un-does the stereotype of pushy sales: with unexpected feedback from the test drive, the car did not seem to meet our family's needs; I told Bob the car wasn't right for us and I'd have to go back to my research project. He said "OK." He didn't hover or call in another sales person or start pushing another vehicle on us. He let us walk away. (I had wished that there had been a follow-up email checking in and showing continued polite interest.) Two weeks later when I finished my research and deliberations I emailed Bob that I was ready to come in and buy my selected vehicle. He accomodated my schedule for when I could be there. Again we had a test drive and were happy with our choice. Options were offered for our information, but there was no pressure to buy. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions about some of the options without feeling like I was setting myself up for having to buy anything more. We proceeded to start our paper work and were introduced to Ben in finance, another polite and helpful person -- this was truly a team that was all on the same page, no easy sales/hard sales switches in personalities. Everyone was relaxed and pleasant. Another visit to finish the paperwork and 24 hours later I came back to pick up my car. They did all the work with insurance and RMV. I don't know if Bob or Peter will be there in 12 years when I'll be ready for a new car...but I'm sure whoever is at Acton Toyota will be equally pleasant and helpful to work with. Between now and then I am happy to tell anyone who's interested to buy their car at Acton Toyota! More

When I knew I wanted another Avalon, I simply called Ken, told him the model I wanted, and that I didn't want to have a protracted negotiation. The toughtest part of the entire experience was trying to find the right color car with the features I wanted. I would recommend Acton Toyota, and Ken. More
I had a very poor experience at this dealership on 6/7/07. After speaking with the internet sales department to confirm vehicle(s) were actually on the lot and to tell him I'd be there that evening, 6/7/07. After speaking with the internet sales department to confirm vehicle(s) were actually on the lot and to tell him I'd be there that evening, to my dismay, vehicle was not on the lot. The quoted vehicle was now only available at $900.00 additional(running boards i didn't want)the classic bait and switch. In short my experience was extremely annoying, frustrating and a colossal waste of my time. I would never recommend this dealer to friends and family. More
