I have two vehicles and trade each every two or three years, and one of my best friends is a car dealer, so I consider myself an educated car buyer, and am well known in my town for that. I am a CPA and when clients want to buy a vehicle, they call me for advice. This was the easiest buying experience I have had(as good as buying from my friend who is a dealer)--no haggling, just a good up front price. I have another friend who works for a big group of dealerships, and he set me up with a test drive on a new Tacoma. Then I talked to a manager and he said he would work from invoice. When he got back to me, he was way over invoice. Other dealers had vehicles on their website, but not in stock. Acton Toyota had the one I wanted.I have dealt with so many dealerships over the past 35 years, and Acton Toyota is a class operation and I should know that, because my friend's family has run a small town used car dealership for over 50 years and they are first class. Acton Toyota is in their class, friendly, no pressure, professional and they know how to treat a customer. When I share this with my friends, I am finding out that many of them have bought there and love the place. My last comment to this rating is that If a client calls me and is buying a Toyota, all I'll say is "Call Acton Toyota." Thank you. More
Late one evening I submitted internet quote requests to three dealers for a 2007 Toyota Prius. Early the next morning I had an automated e-mail acknowlegement from Acton Toyota saying that one of their in three dealers for a 2007 Toyota Prius. Early the next morning I had an automated e-mail acknowlegement from Acton Toyota saying that one of their internet sales team would contact me. Later that morning I received a phone call from Juliana Chaves asking what options I wanted on the car and then immediately gave me a firm quote. One of the other dealers sent a quote the following day, and the third dealer called the day after I had signed the purchase contract with Acton. Juliana's quote was the lowest of the three. I called her and made an appointment to bring my trade-in for an appraisal, and again I was given a prompt firm quote, just slightly higher than what I had expected to get for my car. I accepted the quote, and Juliana wrote up the purchase contract. Nothing could have been easier - no negotiating, no arguing, just a very friendly business transaction. I had to wait a few days for the car because the Prius I wanted was not in stock, but during that time Juliana kept in touch by phone. When my car came in, I met again with Juliana and Peter Rakauskas, one of the business managers, to go through the necessary paper work. Finally Juliana went over the details of the car with me and helped me set up some of the many functions on the Prius. From beginning to end, she was knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and always eager to help, making the car buying process a pleasure. I too looked at dealerrater.com for history, and found Acton to be in the upper ratings. They were quick to find the color I wanted from elsewhere. I am the first person many of my clients call when they want to purchase a vehicle. In the future if a client calls me about a Toyota, all I will do is say-"Call Acton Toyota." I have dealt with many dealers over the past 35 years, and this was one of my best experiences buying a vehicle. Fozi was very upfront in the pricing, and they had the Tacoma I wanted in stock. Great dealer and great sales professional. More
Purchased 2007 Camry Hybrid in June, 2007. I got several online quotes from various dealers in the Boston area (I was moving from Seattle and needed a car within a couple of days of langing here). Eric's quote was over a thousand dollars lower than the initial quotes from the others. Eric was very responsive in email and in voice calls, and arranged for other staff to handle my purchase when he was not available. In all, a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend the dealership. More
I'VE BEEN BUYING CARS FOR FIFTY YEARS AND MY PURCHASE AT ACTON WAS THE FIRST TIME IN ALL THOSE YEARS THAT I DIDN'T SPEND DAYS HAGGLING OVER THE COST. WE HAD DEALERS INVOICE PRICE LAID OUT INCLUDING HOLDBAC ACTON WAS THE FIRST TIME IN ALL THOSE YEARS THAT I DIDN'T SPEND DAYS HAGGLING OVER THE COST. WE HAD DEALERS INVOICE PRICE LAID OUT INCLUDING HOLDBACK AND CAME TO A GOOD PRICE WITHIN HOURS. I'VE DONE THE HAGGLING ROUTINE SO OFTEN OVER THE YEARS THAT I ALMOST MISS THE CHALLENGE. MY WIFE WAS THRILLED THAT I DIDN'T DRAG HER AROUND TO 4 OR 5 DEALERSHIPS CHECKING PRICES AS WE DID IN THE PAST. FOZI WAS A REFRESHING SALESMAN TO DEAL WITH AS WERE THE BIG HITTERS BEN AND MARC. I actually traveled out of my way to go to Acton Toyota after reading the reviews on this website and I was not disappointed. It was worth it to drive out of my way to get a NO HAGGLE/NO HASSLE deal. Really - I never felt pressured to upgrade or purchase extras or to sign on the dotted line the first time I visited. Bob Rabb sat with me for three hours and answered every one of my questions open and honestly and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle on the spot. I even waited quite awhile before contacting him again and he wasn't emailing or calling me constantly me about it. The price was fair and the customer service was exemplary, which is why I went back and purchased my vehicle there. I would certainly recommend dealing with Acton Toyota. More

I just purchased a 2007 Toyota Rav4 from the internet sales dept and was pleasantly surprised on the service I received and the hassle free experience. I did a lot of shopping around via internet sales and no other dealer can be compared! They were friendly, knowledgeable and just great to work with. The entire process, visit to test drive and pick up, took only 3 days (1 of which was a holiday). I highly recommend this dealer, you will not be disappointed. More

A very pleasant car shopping experience. After getting an internet quote, went in to test drive several Toyotas. Our sales rep Wellington did not once push us to buy a car or try to get us to purchase extra internet quote, went in to test drive several Toyotas. Once we decided on a car, all the financial and registration paperwork was easily completed within a day and with minimal work on our part (the dealership took care of all the faxing). Though the internet price might have been a bit higher than if we had spent a while arguing with another dealer, overall the internet department at Acton Toyota can be recommended for it's professional, responsive, and hassle-free staff.
