This is our third car from Acton Toyota. We got the first two cars from Keith Mobely (now he's the finance manager) - and the latest car, a Camry, I bought from Dave Anderson. No haggling. Dave gave me his best price up front and then gave me time to decide (it took me a few months - no problem!!) There was never pressure to buy or offers of special "just for today" deals. I was so comfortable and made my decision to buy in 15 minutes - it just felt right! I explained to Kris that I know nothing about the procedures involved in buying a car, he patiently explained all my options to me and told me that all I have to do is drive it :) Ben worked out all possible financing options and was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Kris was very helpful in chosing not only the right model but also the right type of model that I was looking for. He was very informative about the gas mileage and the car's (RAV4) abilities in snow, which but also the right type of model that I was looking for.
