Dealing with Ken is the best part of the whole purchasing experience! I was offended when the manager praised my old car a price significantly lower than that the CarMax store praised. I just ignored that. The transaction was done very efficiently with Ken on my side smoothing out issues with the insurance and RMV. I was informed over the phone once my car was ready and I got all the information on driving my new car right on site before I cruised home in it. More

Kris was very helpful in chosing not only the right model but also the right type of model that I was looking for.
