I thought it was great that I could get a realistic price up front for a car, instead of spending 2 hours negotiating to reach that same price. I love that I was able to determine that the dealership had the car I was looking for at a price I found fair all by email. Then it was just a matter of visiting the dealership to drive the car and confirm my decision to buy. I chose to initiate contact with Acton Toyota due to the excellent reviews I read on this site. My email contact with Eric helped to make me think that all these great reviews could really be true, and my car buying experience proved this. I live over 30 minutes away from Acton Toyota, but it was well worth the drive to have such a pleasant, good-feeling after buying a car. This is a feeling I typically do not experience with the other car dealers I have bought cars from. I would gladly refer any friends or family to Acton Toyota, and would also return to buy additional cars in the future. More
Ken Hsu is an outstanding salesman. We did a lot of the work/communications on email which was very convenient. His use of the database saved a huge amount of time locating a 2007 model I was looking for plus understanding all the options. The entire process end to end took a week and a half with only a couple of visits. I think his sales approach is highly effective. I dealt with 5 other dealerships - he was the most prompt in his response and follow-up - without applying the typical "sales pressure". I had done a lot of research on the pricing structure for these trucks and I got a very fair price. Overall, an outstanding sales experience. More
Bob Rabb was very patient and helpful in helping me deceide what options were avalible for my highlander. There was no pressure to buy even after several sessions of explanations. Our sales rep, Bill Morrissey, was a consummate professional, polite, the opposite of pushy, let us test drive many vehicles over several weeks before we decided, allowed us to order a customized vehicle not readily available on his dealer's lot, etc. It meant a lot to us that the dealership is within easy access of our home, too. There wasn't much negotiation room on the price, but we felt we were within a reasonable price, and were willing to pay for the incredible service we got. When we purchased late in the week, Bill & his colleagues did everything possible to make sure we were registered, ensured, and ready to drive off the lot first thing on the weekend! It was by far the nicest car purchasing experience I've ever had. More

Being able to research a vehicle online is vastly better than having to spend time talking with sales people. Having access to an online sales person to ask questions is likkewise great. This was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a new vehicle. I was contacted via email and given a number of choices of vehicles based on my search criteria. The vehicles listed included prices a new vehicle. I was contacted via email and given a number of choices of vehicles based on my search criteria. The vehicles listed included prices too, which was a great help (something most other dealers did not include). An additional email was sent to me that explained their pricing, fee and trade-in policy. It was all very straight forward, simple, direct and dare I say, honest. I was contacted also via the telephone. It was a polite call asking me what day and time I could go to the dealership. It was not like a telemarketers call, other dealers acted this way. It was refreshing. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by my sales person and given a test drive of a vehicle similar to the one I purchased. She went over vehicle function, operation and details of my particular vehicle. After the test drive a figure was established for my trade in. We then worked out financing and payment options. Once again, my sales person was extremely helpful. Once the deal was done an appointment was made to pick up the vehicle the next workday (I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday). When I picked up the vehicle I went over details (extended warranty and other aftermarket add-ons) with the finance manager. He was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase something I did not want. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Acton Toyota.com to anyone purchasing a new Toyota. More

The process gave me their best price right away (and it was a fair price) and I never felt or found anything but straight and honest discussions. After having an unpleasant experience at another Toyota dealer, where I was ignored and never spoken to after I entered the showroom, I went to Acton Toyota, where my experience was just the opposite. When I entered the dealership I was greeted by Steve Augusta, who introduced himself and asked me if there was anything he could do for me. Steve was very pleasant, professional and accomodating as we went through a process that resulted in a purchase in a few days. I was interested in a 2007 Prius for my wife, and Steve took the time to work with me regarding a test drive, explanations about the car, initial pricing discussion, etc. He then repeated this again in a few days so my wife could also test drive the car and answer any of her questions. There was no pressure. Steve only wanted to help us understand that Prius's were moving very fast out of the dealership due the sales promotion Toyota was running at that time. When we moved on to finalizing a sale on the Prius we had picked out I was quite satisfied and comfortable with the final price and trade-in value that we agreed to. When my wife and I drove off in her new Prius we came away with a positive feeling for Acton Toyota, mainly due to the way Steve Augusta managed the process with us. More
