I purchased my Toyota Rav 4 last Spring. I purposely waited to write a review until I could include the service department. I can now honestly say that Acton Toyota is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I used the internet sales department and have never had a more pleasant experience in buying a car. There was no pressure, all associated costs were detailed in an email prior to my first visit, they found the car I was looking for at another dealer within a couple of days, and the final negotiations were up front and clear. Adding a trade in was no problem at all and I got a fair price. I requested internet quotes from four dealers and Acton Toyota's quote was by far the most complete and best offer. You are in control of the entire process, not the other way around common with other dealers. Since the car was purchased I have had an oil change and a warranty repair. The service department is as good as the sales department. The waiting room offers free wireless internet access, coffee and donuts. There are multiple service writers and vale parking. When the service is completed you are provided a summary sheet that among other things provides the new brake pad thickness and the current thickness letting you know when you should start to think about a brake job. This is so much better than going in for an oil change only to find out that you need to stay another hour or more for a brake job and spend hundreds of dollars when you least expect it. I was able to get a 7AM appointment both times within a days notice. Acton is 45 minutes away so early service appointments are attractive to me. A work associate purchased a used car from Acton Toyota and received the same positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acton Toyota. More
I just bought a car today. I dealt with Carl in internet sales. He promptly emailed me the lowest quote that I received. There were no phone calls, so it was good not to be pressured. I went down 2 days ago mainly just to test drive some cars. The price on the 2008 car was fantastic. I told him I was going to have to sell my car now. They ended up giving me what I wanted. First time I've ever had a dealer do this. Usually their price is so low, you're giving away the car. They offered me $700 less than what I wanted, I was about to walk and 2 minutes later he came back with my asking price, plus I got a great price on the new car. Usually i'ts a good deal on one or the other. The car was ready at 9 am 2 days later. They didn't try to high pressure you into buying the other crap - longer warranties etc. Carl walked me over to show me where the service dept was and where to park. Everyone there was professional and friendly. I would go with them in the future, based on the trade in price that I got. A friend of mine sells cars for a living and he couldn't believe the price that I got for my trade in. More

This morning at 9:43am, I got a call by my cell phone from 978-263-1500, a female sale consult who claimed she is Bob's colleague in your internet sale group. I told her that I and Bob had emails back and forth and I would deal with Bob. She kept talking and really bothered me in the working time. I told her that I am at work and I would talk it later or read email instead. She did not listen to it at all. I know you are a great dealer but your sale just bothered your customer like that?! If I got a call at weekend, it is all right. Today is Tuesday and I have to work. I also have my boss and he doesn't want to see that I am talking with a dealer during working hour! I don't know her name. Please help me to figure out who she is. I would first report to you and later I will tell my friend and internet how good you are. I am just angry with her. Since I do a great deal of business over the Internet and Juliana responded almost immediately, after business hours to my request for information, I was immediately impressed. The same type of response continued when meeting Juliana and others in person. There was someone almost immediately to greet me at the door at both the Main area and the Internet site. I talked with three other employees besides Ben,Juliana, and Peter that were friendly and took my business seriously and immediately found the person I was looking for. In short, someone knows what good customer service should be. Good public service doesn't just happen. I know I've repeated the word "immediately" several times, so I guess I don't need to emphasize prompt and efficient service. In addition, the three things that brought be back to sign the deal: the price was up front and in writing even before I walked into the showroom, there was a car available with the features that I wanted to test drive when I arrived, and the correct information about the tax rebate was mentioned. And lastly but probably most importantly, Juliana is a very competent salesperson with charm. You've got a winner of a salesperson! More

This is one of the reasons that we went with Acton Toyota vs another Toyota dealer with which we were in contact. The other dealer's contact person wasn't very prompt with his responses. The folks at Acton didn't attempt any "hard, pushy" sales tactics. Even though this location is about 50 minutes away, we would definitely return to it to purchase another car, and we would recommend this dealer to friends. More

The sales person knew less about the FJ cruiser than I did, and I had only referenced the online information prior to my arrival there. I was extremely dissapointed of the lack of knowledge, and the lack of the sales reps inability to discuss the prices, available packages, and in stock availability of this vehicle. Needless to say I left this un-names dealer and seeked out Acton Toyota.com via the internet. After contacting the dealership via email, Steve Jensen (internet Sales Rep) promptly contacted me and set up a meeting to test drive the FJ. My wife an I were very impressed with Steve's product knowledge, as well as his enthusiasm concerning this vehicle. Steve really seemed to be at the contolls of the sales process, and was able to locate and price the exact vehicle we were inquiring about. My overall impression of Steve was that he had earned and deserved our purchase because of his industry knowledge and professional additude. I found the experience to be a cheerful change for the usual painful process of buying a car. The internet sales team had all of our files handly and knew exactly what we were looking for and even had the vehicle on the lot. Fozi, whom we met with, gave us his undevided attention through the entire sales process. I was recommended to this dealer through a collegue and going forward, I would recommend Acton Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a Toyota. It was truely a relaxing sales experience. More

I first met with Juliana Chaves who was extremely easy to talk to and was very informative about the tC model. I took it for a test drive and knew that this was the car I wanted to purchase. I came back in the next day and sat down with Wellington Pereira who was just as friendly and helpful as Juliana was a day earlier. I wanted to take the car that day and he made it happen. I loved the Pure Pricing (no haggling) policy. I also liked that I received a first time buyer/recent grad discount too! Everyone in the finance department was very helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota if you are in the market for a Scion vehicle. I was initially recommended to this dealership through my parents who have purchased 2 other vehicles from them in the past. Once I got onto the online quote through the internet, Wellington had immediately had found the perfect car for my mom. Mr. Pereirai impress me highly with his knowledge of the Camary. Then when I had told Mr. Pereira about how this Camary was going to be a birthday surprise for my mom....Well! he just superceeded and went out of his way to help in accomplishing the task of surprising her. Not only that I would make Acton Toyota a number 1 dealership. But! Wellington Pereira is the number 1 Sales Rep. to have. Mr. Pereira not only demostrate a professional and warm welcome to the Toyota experience. But! The up most respect I have for him. I used the buyatoyota.com web site to configure my 2007 4Runner. Then I directed that to my local dealers. Within a couple of hours, I had very attractive offers from my local dealers. I was contacted via email by Eric of the Acton Toyota Internet sales team. One thing I noticed right away was that the Acton Toyota quote expired with the date of the current Toyota rebate, while others expired within 48-72 hours. The internet sales team understands that they are dealing with internet literate customers. All of my correspondence with Eric was by email. They also understand that internet customers have researched and decided on a model and options. When I met with Eric I had their bottom line price, which I had researched to be a fair and competitive price. The deal was closed by Eric without any trips to "approve" it with his manager. After I was set with the new car we discussed my trade-in. The trade-in is kept as a totally different transaction. Again, he understood that I had researched trade values. He pulled up web sites and we discussed what I could expect. Their offer was well within my expected range. The main value of dealing with an internet team is getting a bottom line price via email and the benefit of the sales team knowing that internet customers have decided ahead of time which model and options they want. Internet sales requires a different type of sale team and Acton Toyota recognizes that. Their sales team is even in a separate area from the traditional sales team. We communicated only via email and I was not contacted by phone to pressure me to come into the dealership. I had a very good experience buying my new car and would recommend the Acton Toyota internet sales process. More
