Wow, what an experience. Our 2004 Prius was totaled, and we were in the market for a 2007. He emailed a quote out within an hour of my contacting him, and followed up with any additional charges (title, document fees, etc.) We spotted the Prius we wanted on their web page, and Steve confirmed it was in stock. Put down a deposit (refundable) and we were good to go. As insurance was a bit slow, the car sat on the lot about a week and a half before we could actually pay for it. Steve and the Acton crew were class acts, keeping in touch, but not being pushy in any way. I felt like they truly understood and cared about the stress involved in purchasing a new car, and did their best to minimize it. Took the new Prius home last night. Steve explained the new whiz-bang features and sent us off into the world... There were absolutely no surprises. The cost of the car hadn't changed from the original quote, there were no hidden fees... Just happy new Prius owners. Thanks to Acton Toyota and Steve, Ben, Wellington, Peter, and Justin. :) In ten years, when we're ready for a new car, we won't think of looking any place else. More

Even after the sale was complete, Wellington took the time to demonstrate all of the features of the vehicle. I just bought a 2008 Camry Hybrid from Acton Toyota's internet sales department, and I am really pleased with the experience. After visiting another dealership, where I was quoted an outrageous price ov internet sales department, and I am really pleased with the experience. After visiting another dealership, where I was quoted an outrageous price over $5000 above invoice, I decided to continue my search only by internet (through Edmunds.com). I contacted Acton and within a day, Juliana e-mailed me with a below invoice price for the model and color that I wanted. She also immediately detailed all of the costs upfront, so that there were no hidden charges or closing-day surprises. The entire transaction was low in pressure but high in service: for example, when I visited Acton to see the car, Juliana had the car waiting for me right in front of the internet sales offices, handed me the keys to the vehicle, and invited me to take the car out (by myself) for as long as I wanted. Every person I interacted with at Acton -- from Juliana's colleagues in sales to Denise who handled the paperwork and registration -- was just as friendly, helpful, efficient, and organized. In contrast with the conventional method of buying a car -- going to multiple dealerships, dealing with aggressive salespeople, haggling with slick and dishonest sales managers -- Acton Toyota's mode of doing business is honest, responsive, and fair. I couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically. More

When I told Bob the interest rate I had been offered at eLoan, he was able to match it via Toyota financing, which made the transaction even easier. I think I am really going to love the car, and I definately appreciated the way the purchase process went. More

I went down 2 days ago mainly just to test drive some cars. The price on the 2008 car was fantastic. I told him I was going to have to sell my car now. They ended up giving me what I wanted. First time I've ever had a dealer do this. Usually their price is so low, you're giving away the car. They offered me $700 less than what I wanted, I was about to walk and 2 minutes later he came back with my asking price, plus I got a great price on the new car. Usually i'ts a good deal on one or the other. The car was ready at 9 am 2 days later. They didn't try to high pressure you into buying the other crap - longer warranties etc. Carl walked me over to show me where the service dept was and where to park. Everyone there was professional and friendly. I would go with them in the future, based on the trade in price that I got. A friend of mine sells cars for a living and he couldn't believe the price that I got for my trade in. More

I can now honestly say that Acton Toyota is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I used the internet sales department and have never had a more pleasant experience in buying a car. There was no pressure, all associated costs were detailed in an email prior to my first visit, they found the car I was looking for at another dealer within a couple of days, and the final negotiations were up front and clear. Adding a trade in was no problem at all and I got a fair price. I requested internet quotes from four dealers and Acton Toyota's quote was by far the most complete and best offer. You are in control of the entire process, not the other way around common with other dealers. Since the car was purchased I have had an oil change and a warranty repair. The service department is as good as the sales department. The waiting room offers free wireless internet access, coffee and donuts. There are multiple service writers and vale parking. When the service is completed you are provided a summary sheet that among other things provides the new brake pad thickness and the current thickness letting you know when you should start to think about a brake job. This is so much better than going in for an oil change only to find out that you need to stay another hour or more for a brake job and spend hundreds of dollars when you least expect it. I was able to get a 7AM appointment both times within a days notice. Acton is 45 minutes away so early service appointments are attractive to me. A work associate purchased a used car from Acton Toyota and received the same positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acton Toyota. More

I requested an internet quote a week ago from your dealership and it was Bob Rabb who helped me a lot, although we did not reach a deal. This morning at 9:43am, I got a call by my cell phone from 978-263-1500, a female sale consult who claimed she is Bob's colleague in your internet sale group. I told her that I and Bob had emails back and forth and I would deal with Bob. She kept talking and really bothered me in the working time. I told her that I am at work and I would talk it later or read email instead. She did not listen to it at all. I know you are a great dealer but your sale just bothered your customer like that?! If I got a call at weekend, it is all right. Today is Tuesday and I have to work. I also have my boss and he doesn't want to see that I am talking with a dealer during working hour! I don't know her name. Please help me to figure out who she is. I would first report to you and later I will tell my friend and internet how good you are. I am just angry with her. The same type of response continued when meeting Juliana and others in person. There was someone almost immediately to greet me at the door at both the Main area and the Internet site. I talked with three other employees besides Ben,Juliana, and Peter that were friendly and took my business seriously and immediately found the person I was looking for. In short, someone knows what good customer service should be. Good public service doesn't just happen. I know I've repeated the word "immediately" several times, so I guess I don't need to emphasize prompt and efficient service. In addition, the three things that brought be back to sign the deal: the price was up front and in writing even before I walked into the showroom, there was a car available with the features that I wanted to test drive when I arrived, and the correct information about the tax rebate was mentioned. And lastly but probably most importantly, Juliana is a very competent salesperson with charm. You've got a winner of a salesperson! More

This is one of the reasons that we went with Acton Toyota vs another Toyota dealer with which we were in contact. The other dealer's contact person wasn't very prompt with his responses. The folks at Acton didn't attempt any "hard, pushy" sales tactics. Even though this location is about 50 minutes away, we would definitely return to it to purchase another car, and we would recommend this dealer to friends. More
