I arrived at Acton Toyota after first visiting another dealership and having a miserable, everything-you-hate-about-buying-cars experience. Acton Toyota was worth the wait - from sales to financing I dealership and having a miserable, everything-you-hate-about-buying-cars experience. Acton Toyota was worth the wait - from sales to financing I was treated with respect and enthusiasm. I think that they truly get that sales is/should be about relationship...not just that day's bottom line. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota Internet Sales to anyone considering a Toyota purchase. And yet, Steve showed us SO MANY features that we weren't aware of - he really knows his stuff. Steve offered me a great price on the vehicle right up front - no dickering, and no playing good cop/bad cop with the sales manager! When I was ready to buy, Steve went out of his way to find me exactly the car I wanted (I was picky - he didn't have the color/features I wanted in stock). When I picked up the car, he spent lots of time going over all of the features with me again. Even now, after he's already gotten my money, he's still providing great customer service, helping me with the registration and inspection. The only bad thing I can say about the whole process was that it took them a long time to process my registration and inspect my car. Still, I can't say that the overall experience was anything less than excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ActonToyota.com and Steve Jensen to anyone I know, and I would definately go there again. More
We just purchased a RAV4 from Acton/Toyota. Steve Jensen was by far the best sales person I've ever dealt with. His passion goes beyond making the sale. He loves cars and made our purchasing experience very enjoyable. I wish we began our car search at this dealership. Everything was up front -- no mind games. The service people did a great job detailing our RAV4 before we picked it up. I have purchased 10 new vehicles over the years. Acton/Toyota placed their dealership logo on the rear door. This is the first time I've ever allowed this to happen. This is my way of giving this buying experience a "5". Looking for great buying experience? Save time and grief, start your search at this dealership and ask for Steve. It's only been a week, we love the RAV4!!!! More
I got a great car, within 3 days, at a no hassle price. Steve was extremely friendly and accomodating. Have recommended this salesman and dealer to several friends. Steve was extremely friendly and accomodating. Have recommended this salesman and dealer to several friends. More
What a surprising experience, by far the most positive car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd already been to a few other dealers, none had made me feel nearly so welcomed. I wasn't surprised, car-buyin car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd already been to a few other dealers, none had made me feel nearly so welcomed. I wasn't surprised, car-buying is usually similar to going to the dentist. At Acton Toyota. I dealt with Steve Augusta in Sales and Keith Mobely in Finance. Both were friendly and relaxed, and they enthusiastically. handled everything from start to finish. The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional. No sales pressure whatsoever, only prompt and helpful responses. With "less than great" credit I arrived at Acton Toyota uncertain I would be able to afford financing on a new vehicle. So I went in looking for a '07 or maybe something used with low mileage. The FJ Cruiser looked attractive, and Steve immediately got us out for a test drive. I was sold on the vehicle in no time, and to my surprise my girlfriend was just as impressed. But I left that day worried that I couldn't afford those loan payments if the interest rate was high. Soon, Steve called with great news: he and Keith had done some extra work and managed to secure financing at a rate that I almost didn't believe until I actually signed the papers. The bottom line: I'm now driving around in a brand new '08 FJ Cruiser, which is by far my favorite ride out of every vehicle I have ever owned. Despite changing my mind on the color, they had the vehicle ready in days. The registry, insurance and inspection sticker were all taken care of and the vehicle had a full tank of gas! Spotless inside and out, too. Steve took plenty of time and went over every feature on the truck, introduced us to the Service dept, etc., and made a special point to follow up with us afterwards (as did other Action Toyota managers) to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I'm sure my FJ will last a long time, but I will be there for Service work and have no doubts I'll be a repeat customer there. More

I can't say enough about our dealing with Wellington! It truly was a pleasure. Rarely do you find a wonderful product at a better than reasonable price and a salesperson who is honest and exerted absolutely no pressure. I am an artist and need to haul a lot of stuff. My pieces are 48 inches wide. Having a vehicle that has a 48" wide hatch, durability, reliability, comfort, good gas millage, great price, and - fun to drive - is a priority. When my Forester died, I did a lot of research online and through various consumer advocacy media, and pretty much concluded that I wanted a Scion xB. It was a simple quality and value comparison. We went to Acton Toyota to look at their used Scion xBs. I loved the quirky boxy look. The prices were completely in line with the others we had looked at. They just don't loose value. Wellington and the other sales people couldn't have been easier and more comfortable approaching us. After we drove several used and new ones, it was an easy decision. For just a little bit more I could have a new Scion - less boxy, its more sporty but still with a quirky style all its own. AND with a bigger, Camry engine. Truth be told, Wellington knows he has a superior product at an exceptional value and he doesn't have to do the high pressure thing. He was just so genuine. He loves what he is doing and it shows. He is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions from add-ons to financing, helped get the sound system out of my old car himself, gave me a better than fair trade-in on my old car, and never pressed us to commit. Their financial staff was also very supportive and stayed late to work with us. I LOVE MY SCION!!! Thank you, Wellington. (I love my Scion...) More
We did our research via the internet and were in contact with numerous dealerships in Metrowest (Framingham, Milford, Westborough, Acton). In the end we went with Ken Hsu at Acton Toyota because he consiste with numerous dealerships in Metrowest (Framingham, Milford, Westborough, Acton). In the end we went with Ken Hsu at Acton Toyota because he consistently stayed in touch over a period of several weeks, but was not overly pushy or overbearing. He answered my questions directly, and the quotes he gave for the different pricing options was at or below what the other dealerships were quoting. The day we went to buy, we made it clear we were not looking for any bells and whistles, and wanted the basic model without any extras. Instead of aggressively pushing us to get something we did not want, Ken focused on finding us the model we wanted. We couldn't be happier. More
Generaly speaking the experience was above average. Generaly speaking the experience was above average. I did not have much to do with Customer Service, but the salesman went out of his way to keep things running smoothly and was very friendly. As with any purchase today, no matter the purchase, I don't think anyone can be really satisfied - to little for the trade, to much for the product and there always seem to be hidden costs or options. I found no difference here. I would like to see them provide the information about the Extended Warranty and it's cost as well as road hazard coverage up front, (before a deposit is made to hold a vehicle, even though the deposit was refundable.) It allows for better planning for the final possible cost. My reason for going to Toyota was from previous exceptional experience with the product and poor experience with Chrystler and Ford products. Other than the sale I would have to say the jury is still out with Acton Toyota as far as their continued service is concerned. If it is anything like Steve Agusta's drive and determination to provide a positive and understanding purchase experience, I have no doubt it will be a winner. More
