This dealership is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. I found a truck on-line that I really liked but I live in Maine. I called and talked about the truck and worked out a price. They drove it all the way to my house in Maine with the guarantee that the truck was everything they said it was. If I didn't like it then they would turn around and drive it home, all at no cost to me. The truck was exactly as described if not better. We did all the paperwork at my house and it took less than 5 minutes. This was so much better than the typical 3 hours at every other dealership I have been too. About a week later I noticed some vibration when I applied the brakes at highway speed. Since I lived more than 2 hours away it would be an enourmous hassle to take it all the way to Mass. to have them look at it. Instead, they had me take it to a local Toyota dealer and have it fixed. They quickly reimbursed me for repair bill. Everyone I talked with has bent over backwards to make me happy. This is so refreshing to see from a dealership as most of my experiences w/ other dealerships have been the complete opposite. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota and plan on seeing them first for any of my future Toyota needs. You guys are the best! More
I put out a request for a quote for a 2008 prius from cars.com. This dealership was the only one that replied back through email immediately with quotes. Buying a car here was a TOTALLY different experience. I went to Lexington Toyota first and got the typical dealer runaround. When I contacted Acton Toyota I got a quote within a few hours that was LOWER than the lowest price I got at Lexington after 3 visits and a lot of unpleasant arguing! Bree was especially pleasant to deal with. Really nice, helpful and responsive. She even took the time to show the details of the car to my children. Great price, no haggle, no hassle, no tricks. The manager did try to sell me an extended warranty, but the price was reasonable and he wasn't pushy when I said no. Wow. Just wow. More

It is a very good experience to shop a car at Acton Toyota. The paper work handling process is simple and fast. You don’t need to worry about title, plate, insurance and etc. He will do all these for you. The car was delivered in a well-prepared condition (clean and waxed). He always sent out a follow-up e-mail promptly at each step during purchase and after purchase. If I choose to buy a Toyota car again, I will definitely choose Acton Toyota. Wenxing More

Dealing with ActonToyota.Com was a great experience. Steve was VERY knowledgeable. When we went to Acton, we had already been to 2 other dealerships. And yet, Steve showed us SO MANY features that we weren't aware of - he really knows his stuff. Steve offered me a great price on the vehicle right up front - no dickering, and no playing good cop/bad cop with the sales manager! When I was ready to buy, Steve went out of his way to find me exactly the car I wanted (I was picky - he didn't have the color/features I wanted in stock). When I picked up the car, he spent lots of time going over all of the features with me again. Even now, after he's already gotten my money, he's still providing great customer service, helping me with the registration and inspection. The only bad thing I can say about the whole process was that it took them a long time to process my registration and inspect my car. Still, I can't say that the overall experience was anything less than excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ActonToyota.com and Steve Jensen to anyone I know, and I would definately go there again. More

The service people did a great job detailing our RAV4 before we picked it up. I have purchased 10 new vehicles over the years. Acton/Toyota placed their dealership logo on the rear door. This is the first time I've ever allowed this to happen. This is my way of giving this buying experience a "5". Looking for great buying experience? Save time and grief, start your search at this dealership and ask for Steve. It's only been a week, we love the RAV4!!!! More
What a surprising experience, by far the most positive car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd already been to a few other dealers, none had made me feel nearly so welcomed. I wasn't surprised, car-buying is usually similar to going to the dentist. At Acton Toyota. I dealt with Steve Augusta in Sales and Keith Mobely in Finance. Both were friendly and relaxed, and they enthusiastically. handled everything from start to finish. The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional. No sales pressure whatsoever, only prompt and helpful responses. With "less than great" credit I arrived at Acton Toyota uncertain I would be able to afford financing on a new vehicle. So I went in looking for a '07 or maybe something used with low mileage. The FJ Cruiser looked attractive, and Steve immediately got us out for a test drive. I was sold on the vehicle in no time, and to my surprise my girlfriend was just as impressed. But I left that day worried that I couldn't afford those loan payments if the interest rate was high. Soon, Steve called with great news: he and Keith had done some extra work and managed to secure financing at a rate that I almost didn't believe until I actually signed the papers. The bottom line: I'm now driving around in a brand new '08 FJ Cruiser, which is by far my favorite ride out of every vehicle I have ever owned. Despite changing my mind on the color, they had the vehicle ready in days. The registry, insurance and inspection sticker were all taken care of and the vehicle had a full tank of gas! Spotless inside and out, too. Steve took plenty of time and went over every feature on the truck, introduced us to the Service dept, etc., and made a special point to follow up with us afterwards (as did other Action Toyota managers) to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I'm sure my FJ will last a long time, but I will be there for Service work and have no doubts I'll be a repeat customer there. More
