I am a retired school teacher from MA, who now lives in northern ME for 8 months out of the year. After much Internet research, My wife and I decided that it was time for a new truck, and we began to look northern ME for 8 months out of the year. After much Internet research, My wife and I decided that it was time for a new truck, and we began to look very seriously at the Toyota Tundra. I visited Toyota.com and completed the "build your Toyota Tundra" option, sending the information to eight different Toyota dealerships in both ME and MA. Only three Toyota dealerships responded to my request for additional information. And of the three, the dealership that I became most COMFORTABLE with was Acton Toyota. Beginning in mid-September of 2007, Steve Augusta was the salesman I dealt with exclusively until the deal was consummated on November 27, 2007. Keep in mind that I was in northern Maine about 8 hours away from Acton Toyota. My Tundra was purchased using the Internet and Emails to Steve. The end result is that I am now the owner of a beautiful 2008 Double Cab, Toyota Tundra SR5. Steve ordered my Tundra exactly the way I wanted it; he placed my order without requiring a deposit and was excellent in communicating to me the projected and final delivery date of my Tundra. On November 27, 2007, I picked up my Tundra at Acton Toyota, meeting Steve Augusta, in person, for the first time. I'll use that word again - COMFORTABLE - the quoted selling price never changed, there were no sudden, last minute, surprises, the transaction went smoothly, without any problems, whatsoever. The finance officer, Keith Mobley, had already Emailed me the financing terms and this part of the transaction also went without a hitch. After some discussion with Keith, I decided to purchase the Toyota Platinum Extended Warranty which was offered to me at an excellent price. I decided at the last minute to purchase the Sway Bar for my Tundra. Steve arranged to have it installed before I left the dealership and below the original quoted price and with free installation! Buying my Toyota Tundra at Acton Toyota was just incredible! It was a very, very, COMFORTABLE experience. Ooops, I used that word again, COMFORTABLE. But, it was, and I highly recommend that you call Acton Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle. When I forgot to arrange for a ride to return the rental car, he went above and beyond the call of duty to follow me to the rental car agency and to give me a ride back to Acton Toyota. Kudos also to Neil Schwartz of the Service Dept for expediting the car registration and inspection. Service of my previous Toyota has always been friendly, excellent, and done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota, especially Wellington Pereira of the Internet Sales Team, to anyone needing a car, and for car maintenance. More

This dealership is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. I found a truck on-line that I really liked but I live in Maine. I called and talked about the truck and worked out a price. They drove it all the way to my house in Maine with the guarantee that the truck was everything they said it was. If I didn't like it then they would turn around and drive it home, all at no cost to me. The truck was exactly as described if not better. We did all the paperwork at my house and it took less than 5 minutes. This was so much better than the typical 3 hours at every other dealership I have been too. About a week later I noticed some vibration when I applied the brakes at highway speed. Since I lived more than 2 hours away it would be an enourmous hassle to take it all the way to Mass. to have them look at it. Instead, they had me take it to a local Toyota dealer and have it fixed. They quickly reimbursed me for repair bill. Everyone I talked with has bent over backwards to make me happy. This is so refreshing to see from a dealership as most of my experiences w/ other dealerships have been the complete opposite. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota and plan on seeing them first for any of my future Toyota needs. You guys are the best! More

Buying a car here was a TOTALLY different experience. I went to Lexington Toyota first and got the typical dealer runaround. Bree was especially pleasant to deal with. Really nice, helpful and responsive. She even took the time to show the details of the car to my children. Great price, no haggle, no hassle, no tricks. The manager did try to sell me an extended warranty, but the price was reasonable and he wasn't pushy when I said no. Wow. Just wow. More

You don’t need to worry about title, plate, insurance and etc. He will do all these for you. The car was delivered in a well-prepared condition (clean and waxed).
