We recently leased a new 2009 Camry at Acton Toyota through the Internet Sales Division. It was our first Toyota and our first experience with Acton Toyota. Also our first experience with leasing a car over the internet. We had unhappy experiences haggling with other Toyota dealers in the area, so our expectations for Acton Toyota were low. Were we in for a surprise. Everyone we dealt with was refreshingly straightforward and pleasant. They answered all our questions and provided all the information we requested. We never felt like someone was trying to take advantage of us or withhold information. They gave us their best price upfront. Their price was very fair, not rock bottom but close enough and the superlative treatment we experienced was well worth the difference. They all work together so you feel like there's a team working for you. Bree and Peter were great. Ben is a star - give that man a medal. At one point in our discussions there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding, but the team never stopped working to earn our business. That's the sign of a dealership that's invested in their customers. We can't imagine going back to the 'old way' of leasing (or buying) a car. We give Acton Toyota our highest recommendation. More

Our search for a new Toyota was done through website search. Only dealer that came through with pricing and options without requiring a trip to the showroom. All requirements were met by phone and ema search. Only dealer that came through with pricing and options without requiring a trip to the showroom. All requirements were met by phone and email conversations. All that was left to do when we went down was a test dirve and paperwork. Great customer service. We went through many dealers in MA and visited many showrooms. This was the most efficient process we have ever found so far. More
I worked with the internet sales group at Acton Toyota. This is my first time at Acton Toyota and my first Toyota car. It is my first new car purchase in 9 years. I found the sales experience to be low-pressure and easy-going. The salesperson (Bree) was pleasant and responsive. The finance person (Peter) was experienced and pleasant to deal with. They did not push too hard on extra packages, extended warranties, or for service contracts, which I appreciated. I hate high-pressure up-selling. Because I had done the research on the specific car in which I was interested (a Prius) and I had a very good idea of dealer invoice costs and holdback from Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports, I had a pretty good idea of what I should be paying for the car. They initially quoted a higher price than a rival Toyota dealership, but they matched it once I gave them an email quote. The majority of the people in the internet sales group are very young, in their early- to mid-20's. I had dealt with another person for another car who was fairly inexperienced and uniformed. But you go to the internet sales group when you know what you want and what you should pay. Overall, the experience was efficient, low-pressure, and met my price expectations. Just make sure to get multiple quotes from competing dealerships and you should be pleased with the outcome. More

I requested a quote via internet sales team and Julianna responded quickly. Although they didn't have the van with the options I wanted, nor did any other dealer in the area, she went the extra mile to have responded quickly. Although they didn't have the van with the options I wanted, nor did any other dealer in the area, she went the extra mile to have a vehicle preferenced for me so that in the end I got exactly the van I wanted, with the options I wanted, and I didn't pay for any options I didn't need. I worked with a few other dealerships and none of them were as helpful. No one else was willing to get the van I wanted. In addition, I never felt any pressure to buy anything, it's completely different from any other car buying experience I've had and is the reason I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a no-pressure car buying experience. Even if you want to haggle with them, there really isn't much to haggle about. The price they give you is lower than any other dealership. If this dealership can't make you happy then I don't think any of them can! More
I had looked at several diffrent Toyota Dealerships not only did Acton Toyota have the best prices but Kyle from the internet sales dept was courtious profesional and personalble. As a woman buying a car I had a problem at another dealership, the sales man would constantly refer his questions to my husband rather than my self this "1950" mentality of the sales man lead me to find anotehr dealership. I was extremly please with Kyles timeleness of emails and in person his personality was amazing. we came to a deal quickley and i took delivery in 2 days time. I WOULD DEFINALTY RECOMEND ACTON TOYOTA AND ESPECIALLY KYLE FROM THE INTERNET SALES DEPT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THEIR NEXT VEHCILE. THANKS KYLE More

I looked at these quotes to determine if of interest but for some reason Acton Toyota is still not able to provide a quote on the current for 2008s. A friend initially contacted the Internet Sales team and Anthony responded. He was responsive to my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I did not want. My first priority was safety in a car, and the RAV4 lives up to that. They were patient while I waited for my funds to buy the car came in. Anthony made sure the car was spotless, and made sure that each step in the process I knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing, and who to deal with. He even helped me to drop off my rental car. Will definitely have my service done here. More
